Ordered through the app for pick up and arrived more than ten minutes later. There were only two employees there and they seemed to be focused on drive through. My drink was ready about 5 minutes after I arrived (a refresher). I had to ask about my food before they grabbed the order to make it.

This place has been updated, they look bright, clean, modern and trendy. They have a drive through service, they were busy at certain times. They have good parking spaces shared with other businesses in the shopping complex.My order came out as expected without issue.Parking: They are shared with a Thai restaurant and Subway.

Worse service ever! I order 2 coffees , 2 avocado and try to order Wake-Up Sandwich Wrap as said on the menu and the cashier with an attitude don’t even know what I was order she tolm me “ Do I need to told her what is that because they don’t serve it there( Ma’am maybe you need to study the menu you serve) and I ask for the recipe and she call me to give it to me when I was at the door. Never Again and don’t recommend that store

Went in the drive through on Saturday afternoon and she rushed us saying they have a timer on customers in the drive through then she got both of our drinks wrong
So Im starting my Beautiful Saturday morning, headed on the road to surprise my niece for her birthday!! Decided to come to the Dunkin Donuts, that I visit frequently.I ordered a Lg HOT decaf coffee.The girl comes to the window and tries to hand me and ICED decaf coffee. I said no Ms, I ordered a Hot decaf coffee black. As I ALWAYS do. So then the girl is arguing with the manager, and come to find out the rude lady was the manager. Then the manager proceeds into arguing with me telling me I ordered iced coffee very rudely.The little manager, a lady, was very rude, and nasty, then proceeds in telling her employees this lady we all heard you say iced. NEVER ordered iced coffee in my life, and I’m baffled at this time because how unprofessional she was, and continues into telling me how everyone loves her. WOW, very disturbing for the owner who allows his manager, to speak to innocent people, in such a rude way, and get away with it. I then put my outlook into perspective, she’s only a manager at a Dunkin’ Donuts. My life is so great and blessed. Have a great Day!!

this is the chx pepper chorizo wrap why does it look like a blob of mush the color the look is disgusting how doe they serve this one bite and everything leaked out and there was nothing but the wrapthe place is small then most dunkins but they don't have nothing restocked they don't even have dunkin straws they have straws I use in my restaurant the floor not swept paper straws and napkins still on the floor table not whipped down I did that only thing I like was the hospitality

I went to the Dunkin’ Donuts location: 4840 North Federal Hywy. Ft.Lauderdale, FL 33308 around 1040pm 12/11/23. I ordered a hot coffee and hash browns, The crew member told me that she had things to do and was extremely rude. I felt like I was discriminated against. I asked for her name and she would not give me her name nor did she have a name tag on. She did not give me a receipt. She was not a nice person and should not be in the customer service industry. She told me to go ahead and call the manager in the morning as if there was no consequence to her actions. I am shocked in the way i was treated and no one should ever encounter that treatment after a long work day. Nobody cares these days. Its a shame.. :(
