Jeff the manager was very helpful when his staff was busy and they forgot my tomato soup with my order. I appreciate his courtesy and excellent customer service. The food is fresh and delicious every time I pick up from this location.

Big plus for me that the AC works very gently, not too cold, very comfortable to sit and enjoy kinda coffee (espresso good though) and breakfast ( I like steel-cut oatmeal anyway)

But this place is really feels poor, people for sure hate the job there, mostly dirty environment , and the service pretty slow

I guess better go somewhere else

The new manager has really improved the overall feel of this wonderful spot.

Our only issue is the speakers/music. The speakers are blown and the music gets unbearable at times.

I know that the cost of everything has gone up...but this is outrageous!
Almost $ 10 for damn bowl of soup!
And to throw salt in the wound, they give it to me with a bowl that is only filled halfway!
Never again!!
I am done with Panera Bread for good!!
Total ripoff !!

I usually enjoy Panera, but this particular location is consistently disappointing. The restaurant is often dirty, and the staff seem uninterested in being there, which shows in the way they treat customers.

The last two times my husband and I stopped in for a quick dinner, both visits were frustrating. On the first visit, I ordered a bowl of soup and my husband ordered a cup of soup with a sandwich. They mixed up the sizes, giving me a cup instead of a bowl, and giving him a bowl instead of a cup. Since we had ordered different soups, this mistake mattered.

On our second visit, they gave me only the sandwich I ordered and completely left out the soup. When I asked about it, the staff member simply stared at me, as if I had done something wrong, and then handed me the food in a rude manner. I wasn’t being rude—I just wanted the items I had paid for.

Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What bothers me most is the lack of professionalism and courtesy when those mistakes are addressed. I hope the owner sees this and works on improving staff training and customer service at this location.

You'd think that since it's in the name of the restaurant they wouldn't struggle with this, but every single time I order from here they're out of the french baguette. How can your name be Panera Bread but you don't have any bread??? I have to order from a different Panera 5 miles away just so I can get what I want. Pure incompetence!
