We got the Brooklyn original bagel, comes with turkey, turkey sausage, egg, cheese, and bacon. It wasn’t the best bagel I had, but it was good and would definitely get again. They have BOGO on that bagel on Uber Eats (I did pick up) , so two bagel breakfast sandwiches for $10. Can’t beat that.

I liked this location. It is different from the others. The decorations are cool, and so is the layout. This location is probably going to be my new spot, and i live closer to the other one. The inside was spotless nice. They keep this place nice.I had the breakfast sandwich the Williamsburg. It is a favorite sandwich for me. The bagel tasted good and was a good size. The Cubsta was good. I have always liked how I can customize it. I was happy with the meal.This location has a nice parking lot. The place is at a corner of a plaza. It is easy to find. The service was fast and staff great.

Nice atmosphere, funny cashier roasting all the customers who were in on the joke and were amused, but food is a half step above McDonald’s.
This place has great bagels & sandwiches. Just need GPS service to get you to their driveway,& parking lot. GPS takes you to parking lot next door with no way to get to bagels unless you cut through bushes to get there. But damn, those bagels made it worth it.
I’m so disappointed with the customer service at this location, never a smile or friendly face-must be a really a really terrible place to work. The foods never great but usually quick and edible. Today I ordered my usual bagel with ham and cheese, no egg. Matt charged me $10.99 for a ham sandwich. When I told another worker I would like to cancel as I didn’t want a whole ham sandwich Matt was very annoyed and took his time to come to the counter for the refund. Then I said I would order something different which was half the price he rolled his eyes and seemed very annoyed. I was polite to him and just wanted breakfast. Canceled the order all together and walked away a very disappointed former customer

I’d give 6 stars if Google would let me. The food is always fresh and perfect, you can see them making them fresh through a window in the back. The cream cheese and butter is all made fresh in house and delicious and can be brought to bring home, too! Besides the food, freshness and cleanliness, which is all quick, clean and delicious, the service makes this place over the top. The service is impeccable; every time I come, I am greeted with a smile by all the employees and they are incredibly patient, nice and helpful. They even let me try a drink I haven’t tried before I buy. There is a good amount of seating available in here, too if you want to enjoy your coffee and bagel inside.The manager needs to give the two guys a raise because they have made every experience here perfect and have made me a continued customer! (Gentleman who wears red shirt that says certified trainer and black gentleman)
