There was a blank sign outside the door so I'm not sure if the name is the same or not. Delicious Asiago bread!! Most bakers make this bread with just a hint or trace of the Asiago cheese. This bread HAS the cheese. Very tasty, looking forward to more bread.

I have a severe gluten allergy but I was walking past the bakery last week while on vacation and decided to stop in and ask if they had any GF breads. Can I just say how amazing the GF Carrot raisin bread was! Warmed up you don't even need butter. I haven't been able to enjoy this type of bread in a very long time! I seriously can't get enough of it! I brought 2 frozen loafs back with me to Chicago and I am pleading with my Mother-in-law to bring back more loaves to me this week upon her return! I don't know what I will do when my in-laws are back home for the summer and how I will fulfill this craving! The taste is so rich and texture is so smooth- like eating a muffin type bread that I have been forbidden from for so long. Thank you for making such an amazing recipe!
