I kind of think the employees don't want to work here. At night the lights are all turned off. And at a super busy time the computer suddenly goes down and the line backs up.

They don't have enough people on staff. No one is ever behind the register to take the walk-in customers orders and the gravy was like water. At one point while we were eating , they had 7 people waiting in line with no one behind the register. When I showed the worker the gravy, she said it's because it hasn't been warmed up yet. Keep in mind I was there at 12:30, during the lunch rush. Someone needs to learn prep work!

Don't know why it is, but DQ is the only place I can fit my high roof van at the drive thru. But that's not the main reason. The food is great, the service is good, and I just love it. My first job as a teen was DQ in Key Largo been hooked ever
Waited a bit longer than we would've liked to. DQ food, in general, is better than any other fast food, in my opinion. Well not this time. Food tasted good, however, burger was cold, like cold cold and cheese was not melted. A bit disappointed.
