The little things matter. Cute coffee shop so not surprising to pay over $3 for a cup (no refills) of coffee, but was surprised when I saw a completely stained cup as the coffee level went down. When I commented to the server she just said it was stained and proceeded to pour what was left in my cup into another, slightly less stained, cup. Food was good but the experience left a bad taste. Given so many other options we will not be going here again.

I visited twice with friends and family. The place is very cute and nicely decorated. But the food is just nothing I want to repeat. The quiche was undercooked, particularly in the middle, both the eggs and the dough, and it appeared to have been microwaved. The salad had a good veggie assortment but the “dressing” consisted of a drizzle of balsamic and what appeared to be a squirt of yellow mustard. I had to leave it. I then attempted to improve my visit by buying pastries and coffee. The pastries were old and dry both days that I visited. The coffee was practically nonexistent; the entire cup had tons of foam, and I probably had two sips of coffee and it was empty. My take on this is that if you are going to run a restaurant, please pay attention to the quality of what you serve and monitor how it’s being served. That is not the kind of experience you want anyone to take from a visit. And I went twice thinking that the first experience was just a bad day, but that was not the case.

I can't say enough good things about Mon Paris Coffee Shop & Bakery. The attention to detail in their pastries is remarkable. I tried the Lemon Tart, and it was a burst of tangy and sweet flavors in every bite.

I went for coffee & check the place out. I was immediately charmed by the inside and was assisted by I think by the manager. She gave me her recommendation for expresso with dark chocolate it was beyond good!!! Exceptional. The chocolate croissant was flaky & buttery very delicious!!! I posted the cute pics to my FB. I will return for their long list of crepes!!! Thank you for jewel in Ft. Myers!

WHAT A JOKE!!!!! This place is family owned but they dont seem to care about the clients that want to come to their business. I have tried making a reservation for days now the phone number sends you straight to a voicemail that is full so you cant leave a message. Then on top of that they provide a phone number to text and they dont even respond to that number so in my experience with places to eat this would NOT be one I would go to. Cant even respond to the people who bring money to your business crazy. TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
This place has good food. Sadly, it is ruined by bad customer service and an employee who has no customer service care or experience with a rude behavior and inability to open the shop on time. Further, voicing concern with Ownership does nothing as they are just as rude. Other french bakeries around are better all around.

Very long line, not enough staff to handle take out and eat in orders. Employee seemed overwhelmed and kind of stressed…Place seemed nice and food looked good from what I could tell. Ended up walking out due to the chaos. Not my idea of a relaxing breakfast.

Can I give this place ZERO stars?? We were looking forward to a French and German mix to satisfy the tastes of our party of 5. What we got was HORRIBLE service, COLD, BARELY EDIBLE/INEDIBLE food and a bill over $100... Most items we tried to order from the menu were not available. There was mass confusion among the staff as to what could be ordered/what was available and what was not available. The soup arrived cold and tasted like it was out of a can, the waffles arrived 20 minutes after everything else and were lukewarm, tasting like they were from a box. The service was soooo bad it was actually humorous... the owner/manager became very combative when a member of our party very politely told him how horrible everything was.... I'm amazed at the positive reviews here because they could not be further from our experience. I would absolutely NOT recommend Mon Paris Coffee Shop & Bakery.

Place was dirty and I wasn't greeted or acknowledged for the first 10 minutes I arrived. I went in to order a chocolate croissant and it tasted like a premade brand at the store and it was stale (very apparent several pastries has been sitting for more than a few days ) Not what I expected from a "self proclaimed authentic" French Bakery.
