We had some friends in from London and were looking for a fun evening for them so we tried Headpinz Ft Myers. What a GREAT decision…booking was very easy online and from arrival we were treated like the VIPs we booked ourselves as! We’d never been here before so there was a bit of a learning curve but staff were always there to help, and even ran down the lane to fix our lane for us!
Food menus available everywhere and a very easy ordering system…and I won’t ruin the ‘food and bowling shoe delivery platform’ in use currently…that was a huge hit for me!
We worked with DJ and Rishadd and they both went above and beyond to ensure we had a great night! We will definitely be going back to Headpinz Ft Myers!

Not what it used to be. Arcade games not working or take your money with no gameplay. That area seems to have fallen into disrepair. The bowling experience is pretty good but when we ordered food via the QR code on our table it auto added a tip. We removed it and it added it back at checkout. That's a pretty bold move for a place that uses cat-faced robots to deliver your food! Guess the unauthorized tip they charged our card pays for the electricity needed to charge the robots? SMH This place used to be high on our list of fun outings but after this visit I'm not sure it's worth the drive from the Cape.

We had a good experience with Headpinz for my daughter's 4th birthday party. The wait staff was kind and easy to work with, and the attendants at the arcade went out of their way to make sure games were working and our daughter received a small gift at the end of the night. Recommended for special events for families and team outings.

Quite frankly there's no proper communication here. We wanted to play pool on a propper pool table with our son and between the waiter and manager at the front desk they were not on the same page. We were told someone's playing on the pool table, but when we checked no one was. We were told we could pay $15 for the night for the table then we get told the manger knows we played more than an hour and we need to leave ... So as we know we need to leave cause they close at 1am but we are getting rushed at 12 to get out... even though we didn't get the table until a few minutes before 11 because apparently there were people on it before and they were still playing It when we paid for it. So between that mess be payed for it got refunded because someone was on it and then payed for it again when they were finished. So honestly I don't recommend this place for a great time because of transparency. We liked the waiter because he always asked about everything we had questions about but the manager in the red shirt was very back and forth and seemed to not take ownership in her mistakes and seemed to want to blame the waiter when really she was the problem all night... She even asked who told us the wrong info and seemed to want to blame the great waiter when she was the one messing everything up all night. My husband even called her out and she tried to blame someone else. .. We went to Naples headpinz prior the same day and they were 1,000 times better. .
This is just a little bit of the problem we had there. Because at one point we were going to be reimbursed but had to pay extra for things. Its a whole delimma so quite frankly I don't recommend this place and we spent a few hundred dollars so we won't be going back.
Food was great. Food service was great (Trey). Customer service for bowling wasn't the best.... not to mention a 4 hour wait for a lane to open up. Then to play the games having to use the kiosks that were malfunctioning and creating long lines was ridiculous and no one came over to assist.

I like going bowling there. The past 2 times i went, including this evening, it's super warm in there. Please crank up the AC! Shouldn't have to walk into a warm air environment then when bowling your in a pure sweat.

For a place that's been around for 10 years a lot of the staff seemed untrained at simple tasks. The military discount it offered for axe throwing which was a disappointment. The manager was very helpful and the staff was still great!!!
