We always look forward to the ice cream after our meal. The last time we were there though only chocolate was available. We were disappointed because our family is a vanilla loving family...Of course we understand things happen ,but when I asked about it and nobody knew what was wrong with it or if was going to be back online soon. I simply wanted someone who cared about our disappointed Vanilla loving family. I got the feeling that they were Chocolate lovers and they could care less if the Vanilla was ever back online. I believe that if anyone there had simply given us a simple answer that demonstrated they were even somewhat sorry and that they were working on getting it going we would have been satisfied. I think you get what I mean.

Jason’s deli has Always held a special place in my and my family’s heart and I’ve been going since I was a child and it’s always been great and I’ve never had an issue but recently one of the employees a lady named sally ,The manager I believe has scowled me whenever I’ve walked and given me a very unpleasant and not very welcoming side eye for some reason and I asked my wife and she said maybe she just doesn’t like me but tonight while picking up a to go order like I do at least 3 times a week but for some reason the card reader jammed and I hate to wait which wasn’t an issue but for some reason the total on the bag was different from the amount they told me on the phone so I asked and they said they forgot to fix it but the order was right so I checked the order and it was short so I asked what happened.(they told me 11.99 over phone got there and it said 13.99 and then I paid with my card and it charged me 16.99) they claimed they forgot to add the extra chicken and then went and got the extra chicken for me and as the cashier was handing me the forgotten chicken the manager sally who was never a part of the interaction besides the evil glares from her side eye came over and said “just for your information that’s more chicken and not a full order “ like she was doing me a favor and I should have been glad to wait and told 3 different and be chastised in a line full of customers . I’ve never been so humiliated at an establishment or in my life in general. I don’t care how long you work somewhere you don’t have the right to treat people whatever way you like and just because you are the manager of those high school employees you boss around doesn’t mean you can disrespect your customers . I’ll be calling corporate and whoever else will listen .( the cashier was as nice as could be and was just as confused as me )

It’s been a while since I’ve been at a Jason’s Deli, but the group I was with, we all had a great experience. One think that I’ve alway liked about Jason’s Deli, is that you can always count on them having a lot of available seating.
