Everything we've had to eat here is delicious but WOW does service need to improve. If you don't have 2 hours to kill just to have a coffee and warmed up quiche...... don't go. If you have absolutely nothing better to do than to sit and enough the decor, go for it. Every time I'm waiting for the food I say I'm never coming back again but there I was today back for a 4th time just because the sandwiches and house vinaigrette is so delicious. The demographic of this area is changing, it's not all retired people with nothing going on in their schedule anymore. Writing this review with high hopes that management will see this and fix this.

There is nothing good in this place, starting from the employees, the cashier was bad and could not give or recommend any other options, we were waiting around 25 to get the coffee and the amount of food was very small, even they did not give me no utensils or napkins and I had to ask for the napoleon I ordered, not good either. I would never go back there, I was hoping to have a nice breakfast with my husband, but it just filled my morning with craziness. I don't highly recommend it!

We enjoy coming to Mon Paris. Self ordering, soft music, great food and lots bakery options to take home. When short on time, wanting a choice to sit in or patio this is a great quiet respite to spend $ & time.

Yesterday I got a Napoleon for my mom she says they are by far the best here! For myself I got a mozzarella and tomato sandwich and a blueberry strudel! It smelled and looked so good I ended up eating it in the parking lot. 10/10 definitely recommend. They have new owners give it a try! :)

perfection! Mon Paris is one of the best restaurants I have ever entered. The food was phenomenal, service was amazing, and atmosphere was authentic. I will be back many more times before my vacation is over, and will come back multiple times every year after.

Outstanding and friendly service. They prepAred a full breakfast to go for me to treat my parents. Fantastic breakfast sandwiches and crazy delicious strudels and pastries. Helped with a fun and delicious Father’s Day brunch. A must try.

With all the negative reviews I've heard and read about the rude service, I won't be paying this place a visit.

I would give this place a negative rating if I could. First of all, my family and I sat in the restaurant for about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. It was then about another 10-15 minutes before someone was at the counter to take our order. The food was then brought out one plate at a time with 10-15 minute wait between each plate. My parents were finished eating before I even got my food. I ended up eating off my boyfriends plate because I'm pregnant and was starving. I finally asked for a refund when they rudely responded that my food was finally finished. They didn't give a refund evidently. They brought out my plate and it wasn't even the food I ordered (wrong crepe). The eggs were greasy and disgusting. The rest of our food was very meh. The pastries also Meh. Costco has better pastries than this place. The two women working proceeded to talk smack in the back loud enough for us to hear. Horrible experience and very rude customer service if you even want to call it that. Don't waste your time.

I stopped into Mon Paris Bakery last week for the first time to buy some pastry for a party I was attending. I asked the woman behind the counter if she could cut the larger pastry in half. She responded, "No. I don't want to have to wash a knife.". I bought some chocolate-covered eclairs and she put them in a small paper bag on top of each other instead of side by side in a pastry box. She also made a rude remark about me choosing all the white cream-filled eclairs and leaving her with more of the chocolate-filled. I went back again this week for a second (and final) time. There was a different woman behind the counter. I stood there waiting for her to acknowledge me. She was going back and forth from behind the counter to tables in and outside of the bakery. She never said hi or offered me a table to sit at. There were only two people inside and two outside, yet she kept disappearing behind the counter and kept ignoring me. After waiting there several minutes for her to tell me how long it would be before she could wait on me, I just left. I have never experienced such rudeness from a business before!! I went to Jason's Deli next door to the bakery where I was pleasantly greeted and served a good meal quickly. Did I mention that Jason's Deli has free ice cream for all its customers?

Wish I could give it a 0 star This is now the 2 and last time we try this place There always out of things ie waffles ?? Really why? they say quiches are made fresh they look like them been in the case for weeks ... And the women never even said hello or any thing when we walked in the place.

did not resemble or taste like true French croissants. Almond and chocolate croissants arrived at our table cold and leaden. Thinking a hot oven would crisp them up, it did not. Service was very uneven. The coffees (a macchiato and cafe au lait) were delicious so we savored them but pushed the croissants to the side. A very disappointing experience.
