I recently had a delightful experience at Olive Garden. The vegetarian options were outstanding, offering a variety that surpassed my expectations. The standout, however, was the exceptional service provided by Narayan, the busboy. His politeness and efficiency truly elevated our dining experience, making it memorable. The quality of the food at this restaurant was absolutely horrendous.The salmon that my wife ordered was Burnt really bad, The spaghetti and meatball was cold and uncooked. Just terrible food all around at this restaurant.It seems all the entrees were frozen food that was poorly heated from the overcooked salmon and cold spaghetti and meatball.Clearly this restaurant doesn’t care about quality of its food.There is no reason to go this chain restaurant that just heats up frozen food instead of making it fresh. SAUCY MEATBALL is one of the better Italian place and I highly recommend it for authentic Italian food and great and friendly service.

I checked in as a party of 5 and waited for about 20 minutes when a party of 6 people checked in & only waited for about 7-10 minutes and were seated before us. The waitress we initially had took forever to bring our drinks, let alone give refills when the empty cup would sit there at the end of table each time she passed by. The soup was lukewarm and not hot. I ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonara, as I always do, and it came with three of the tiniest pieces of burnt chicken. Overall, the food wasn’t all that great today, but most importantly, the service sucked at the start of another party being sat before us after my family waited much longer and were there first, and the waitress not being actively present just put the cherry on top. I will NOT eat here again.

What a horrible experience and we are still paying for it after 1 day. Went to get dinner there yesterday besides service being bad ( at this point it is what is expected) the food was cold and did not taste right- I should have known- but I ordered a to go dinner - WELL - Why did we do that. The take home was Ziti and after eating there is definetely a case of food poising - I won't get into the horrific details but I would ask for management to take a look at what is going on. In the meantime we are on our way to the urgent care but what is happening after eating it is not only dangerous but scary for health reason.
