Stayed here last week with my girlfriend for 2 nights. We had a room in the Sanibel tower facing the East. Clean Room + Great customer service. Enjoyed watching the sunset from the restaurant overlooking the pool.My only complaint is the music they play at the pool is awful. Otherwise the stay was perfect.

Having our wedding here in April!! But now knowing this place has these views, it has become my favorite place for drinks and dolphin watching!! Food and drinks are a bit pricey but the view makes up for it, THANK YOU ANNE MARIE for helping us with the wedding planning!! Couldn’t have done it without you!!

Beautiful spot at the base of the Sanibel bridge. At the end of the peninsula there are very few businesses here, one of the few places you can listen to tranquil birds, chirping and the breeze going through the palm trees. The grounds are beautiful, and they have a gym/spa that's walkable. In fact, they have walkways throughout the grounds which are very peaceful and beautiful. Of course all of this comes at a cost, but with the Gulf at your doorstep, white sand beckoning and peaceful surroundings, it makes for a great vacation.

The entire hotel staff was eager to please and ensure guests have a wonderful stay on the island. My son appreciated the fishing tips and care shown by staff when he was stung fishing. We appreciated the tips for touring the area. The view from the hotel is fabulous! The hotel's restaurants were a little pricey but the convenience was worth it. There is a great reasonably price hotel within walking distance to the property.

This hotel was extremely underwhelming. The valet staff was kind and courteous but beyond that, it went downhill. Our sheets and bedding were stained in the room. When we went to the pool we were told there were no chairs left even though many were vacant with towels draped on them. Our server at the cove never returned to check on our food and then I eventually had to go to the bar to cash out. It seemed like a great property but the service left much to be desired. We will not be back.

The hotel was beautiful. The convention area was nice. The view...to die for right on the water and they have a beach area. The cabana bar was a disappointment. Service was slow and servers were not pleasant at all, would it kill you to smile, after all your The view would make me smile everyday and I'm a local. The food, they need a better menu, what cabana bar doesn't offer a burger, fries, chicken sandwich or wrap or tenders. The Flatbread pizza was like eating a communion cracker with toppings. The wings and tuna were good though.Walkability: It is a self contained resort, nothing is in walking distance.

This place was amazing. The grounds were beautiful, the view was spectacular, and the amenities were great. Our room was so comfortable and had really nice extras. The service was outstanding. We loved the guys who did the shuttle they were so accommodating. The food was great, and the steak house was incredible. The spa was so relaxing, and our treatments were perfection. I have to say that all of the staff rocked. Douglas (did room service and just started working the pool service) was the most incredible service person ever. Thank you for a great experience!

Room was nice but the captiva tower is terrible imo. It's so far away from the main tower and view is horrible from room just a bunch of construction and smelled like eggs outside. If the two towers were right next to each other it would be a different story but you have to get shuttled over very inconvenient and doesn't feel like your on any resort by any means.

This property is tucked away and along the harbor, prior to Sanibel Island. It’s a short drive to Fort Myers Beach (FMB). If you’re looking to get away and relax, this is a great spot. If you’re looking to be closer to FMB and Times Square (ex: walking distance), this is not the location for you. There is a parking garage if you choose to self park but it’s $20 a day. There’s also a daily resort fee. I believe it’s $25. I’m not sure what that included since there were no activities taking place while we were there.Elevators are really loud! If your room is near the elevator, you will definitely hear it.Balcony views are gorgeous. Make sure to catch the Sunset from your balcony. You can also see dolphins from your balcony!Fitness Center is spacious and has something for everyone. It’s a short walk to get there. If you take the path through the marsh, it can be smelly at times.

Waterfront location, good sized rooms that are relatively renovated. Plenty of parking in garage, bar and restaurant on site. Several pools which helps with any type of crowding that might occur.

This hotel has no business advertising as a 4-5 star hotel- very disappointing.

We had a great experience here! The staff was exceptionally kind, pleasant and helpful (especially Tom at valet!). The yogurt parfaits and the caramel frappés were a perfect breakfast! We hope to visit again someday.
