Not a cool vibe at all! The bartenders are extremely rude and dismissive. Very touristy crowd and may I say again RUDE people behind the bar.

The drinks are not same anymore. The bartenders need more training. We use to go to this bar few times a month. It was always full and people were always asking for a second drink. From what I saw this Friday and my experience, I don’t think that is happening anymore.
I noticed how the bartenders (guys) were ignoring people that were trying to return drinks for whatever the reason was and commenting about it but ignoring the clients. I thought that was rude specially with the cost of the drinks.
To me that was a red flag. I ignored it an I understand why after ordering our drinks.
This place is amazing and have lot of potential. I hope that the administration keep an eye on this and that they can provide more support to the bartenders on how to make drinks and how to be humble enough to accept that their drinks needs to improve and of course provide a better experience to clients.
Card reader was down on 11/27/24. We had cash, but because of the reader being down we asked about prices of the drinks we were ordering to make sure we had enough, we wouldn't have done this otherwise.
The bartender was extremely rude about us asking and she also demanded exact change. It was somehow our problem their reader was down and all we were doing was making sure we didn't over order.

I have stopped by this place a few times since I moved down to FL. The service seems to get worse and worse. I like the atmosphere, outside of the service. The staff are completely rude. It always takes me a while to get served when I’m waiting right in front of them. They don’t even bother telling you “I’ll be right with you.” I stopped by this past Saturday. One of them helped another person who got there after me. I got served by some lady in a scarecrow costume who looked miserable. The drink was watered down. Didn’t even looked like she appreciated my decent tip. Then got yelled at by some big guy that we couldn’t walk alway with our drinks even though we were super close to the bar. Could’ve said it nicely to us.
Do better!

Went 2 different nights. Great atmosphere at the bar, and on first night it was fun and we engaged with other patrons and service was quick. Second night we went and music was to loud to talk and the bartender was aloof and on her phone most of the time.

Came down from New York, was delighted to taste craftful cocktails, and experience lovely speakeasy vibes.

We have been here a handful of times whenever we were visiting the Ft Myers Area and this speakeasy is our favorite spot in town! We love the prohibition theme atmosphere and love how you truly feel like you’re going back in time! The drinks are great and always a fun time. Can get busy in the late evenings on weekends but definitely worth the wait!

Great concept, good location. Bartenders were quick friendly and efficient.. one star only because we had the misfortune of meeting Raimund. He was impolite, rude, and in my opinion, in the wrong business. Micromanaging and berating his people in front of customers. Poor form. We won’t be back.

It really pains me to give this place an overall 3/5. I used to love this place for its attention to detail , quality of drinks, and service but something changed.
The drinks are still fantastic (save for the few times one is made with an off balance) and the atmosphere is stellar! That is to say if you can enjoy it due to the service. Service is the aspect of this place that changed. If you walk in and it is even remotely busy the staff will have a sour attitude and treat you like a burden. I know a rush with more complex drinks can be a lot especially with drunk tourists breathing down your neck but there is no excuse of the level of meanness the staff exudes.
I sincerely hope to return and give this once great spot another try but it will be some time. I hope this review changes then

Alex and Jordan are some of the most wonderful bartenders we have ever encountered. They both made date night 10x more wonderful with their spunky hilarious personalities and talented drink making skills. It’s very rare the bartenders make the whole experience, but here is the exception to that. We trusted them to make us drinks of their choice, and they killed it! I hope their pay and shifts reflect their talent! Cant wait to come back!

Racist owners were extremely disrespectful and only let white customers stay in the bar. They yelled at us and forced us out while refusing to tell us the name of the bar (maybe in hopes of avoiding this review). Treat all your customers equally, especially in 2024. It’s really disappointing to still be dealing with this. Go somewhere else!

HORRIBLE PLACE . It was ALMOST closing time and a girl who worked there was yelling at everyone that they needed to leave and she was so nasty , after that every worker was rude to us multiple times . We just finished paying for our drink that we didn’t even drink yet. They yelled at us to get out but once we left they still had customers in the place, mind you it wasn’t even 2am yet. DO NOT GO THERE !

went here on a thursday night. walked in with someone asked where the restroom was. the bartender seemed like she couldn't be bothered and then pointed her knife at the doors which were the restrooms. while my friend was in the bathroom, she didn't ask me if i wanted or needed anything. a very nice gentlemen came over and asked if i was being helped, and i thanked him but decided to spend my money elsewhere
edit for clarity: the first bartender was rude based off of her reaction and pointing with her knife. i personally would have put the knife down before rolling my eyes and pointing in a direction (but that's just me) she also recognized that i was waiting at the bar and did not attempt to ask me if i needed anything. the gentleman that helped me only asked if i needed help because he just came back into the bar from a presumed cigarette break and i was waiting at the bar, obviously not being helped.

A few days ago, we went to The 86 Room and had a very disappointing experience.
Despite the place being nearly empty at midnight, with only 7 of us, the bartenders were rude and ignored our requests for the same drink over five times. When I directly asked them to let me know if they would make it so we could leave, they laughed among themselves and made the drink in the most disrespectful way possible.
After receiving our drinks, we went outside to sit but were loudly told we couldn't use the outdoor chairs, even though others were sitting there without issue. We felt discriminated against and humiliated.
The place has a great atmosphere, but the service is terrible. This seems to be a common issue based on other reviews. The
management should address these problems and consider changing the staff.
