Rocamar Restaurant Mexican FOOD

As a tourist visiting Florida, Roca Mar was an excellent stop. The food was fresh, flavorful, and authentic, with generous portions and fair prices. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. Definitely a must-try if you’re craving good Mexican food. Would absolutely come back! 🌮🌟

If you are ever close by and want authentic Mexican food here is the place to go . Food was delicious, and the service was great . Didn’t have to wait a long time and all the staff was super friendly. Greatly recommend.

This place is the most horrible restaurant I have ever visited. First problem is customer service. The restaurant server did not warn us that there were some meals they were not having and she still gave me the wrong food. What I asked for was not what I received. Then he never came to ask how everything was and when I talked to him about something he ignored me and that's not good. I thought I was going to have a good meal but he treated us badly I don't know why. Customer service is very important for an establishment. Please go to friendly people with a smile and reason because you are going to lose a lot of customers. I would like a summary of what I packed and an answer please. Thank you.

Tremendous Bad Service! To begin with, I asked him if they had orchata waters and he told me yes, did they even make them there themselves? He tells me that my order will be ready in 10 minutes, and of course it wasn't, I had to give my cell phone number to the person passing by because there was no system. The person who serves me leaves the place, and when I look for my order , the waters are Jamaica, GOOD, he got confused, after 27 minutes that my order is “ready” and when I confirm the order I am missing food, another 15 minutes of waiting, THE MOST UNPLEASANT FOOD, The chicken had a bad smell, cold food and I don't understand the delay then? And the tortillas are a little thick. Simply very bad service, I hope they improve.

I came here and sat down for 10 minutes and never got helped. I waited another 5 or 10 minutes to read the menu for the 2nd time. Please have management talk to the staff and have them improve on customer service. Acknowledge anyone that walks through your door no matter what they look like or what they're wearing. You might loose the best customer you had all month. Either way with so many restaurants around as a customer we have options so be sure to keep customers that go in not let them go.

The fresh waters are not good at all, the old woman who serves the service asked her for something and she finished and she never brought it and they serve you very poorly and throw things at you, terrible for that business, I do not recommend

We are from SW Detroit and we have great Mexican food places there. Costa Azul is better than back home! Incredibly fresh Mexican food that would rival any place we have EVER eaten. I had the Beef Burrito with Spanish rice and beans. It was loaded! The ground beef made me cry it was so good! Lol. The wife had a vegetarian Tostada. Best food hands down anywhere.

My daughter drink had a roach in it along with the salsa they brought to the table with the chips. My chicken enchiladas had bones in it the bean’s tasted like they were going bad the rice was

Small space in a strip. You'll drive right past if you don't know where you are going. Four of us, all between 61 and 72, enjoyed a delicious and very filling meal. Lots of variety-- we had beef chimichanga, Blue grill plate (beef and chicken grilled with peppers and onions), chicken with beans and chicken chimichanga. No dessert, we were way too full. Don't let the outside turn you off! Located about 10 minutes from the hotels at the crossroads, we're traveling.

I have bought food there many times because it is the store that is close to work. And every time I order they take a long time or even forget my order. Today was the worst experience because I ordered 5 tacos and an order of flautas at 6:30 and they delivered them to me after 8. The worst thing is that I order before other people and they got the food much before they even gave me the food until after they finished eating.
