Good vibes, good beer, and good food! We're not locals but any time we are in the area, we'll definitely be back.Gorgonzola Fries were 10/10. Probably the BEST variation of "loaded" fries I've had from any bar or restaurant. Just a perfect blend of flavors.Pizza: 7/10. Fresh with good textures. We tried Tommy's pizza and thought the flavors were good, but maybe needing a teeny pinch of salt. But we'd happily order again!Mac n Cheese: (Not pictured). 6/10. Ordered for our son. He enjoyed it. I tried a bit. Not bad, but nothing crazy either. We'd order it again. If they combined their Mornay sauce with the variation used with their Gorgonzola fries, it would probably be a 10/10 mac n cheese variation.Beer: I tried a flight and all of them were great. I live in Melbourne, but frequently make the trip down to this most excellent brewery! Every beer is absolutely on point w/ the Sunrise City being my favorite. I’m not normally a fan of the coffee porter style, but I highly recommend Sailfish’s version. Keep up the great work at your craft!

Maybe I was just really hungry..... but the pizza - excellent. Woofed the crust too. Don't normally eat the crust. Beer (and had four different flavors) very good. Could see kicking back with a group here all afternoon. Sailing through - be back someday.
If you or a loved one have allergies or food preferences of any kind, I would recommend you stay far, far away. They have buffalo dip listed as gf on their menu, yet it has lager in it. After inquiring we were told it was “marked as gf as a mistake and is not in fact gluten free”. We told our bartender that we’d take the fish dip instead of the buffalo dip. He checked to make sure it was free of gluten (it supposedly was) and put in our order. The food came out and after a few bites our bartender came running over and told us to stop eating because the kitchen decided to switch out the dipping chip to one that was not gluten free after he had originally confirmed with the kitchen that it needed to be gf. Their back of the house is completely incompetent and untrustworthy. The shift manager’s excuse was that she was new and would talk to the general manager. We are thankful that our server took an allergy request seriously, however, we will never be back.

$29. and change for a growler fill of Sun Rise City IPA. I was speechless when I was told the price after my growler was filled. I felt violated. I should have told them to keep the beer and my growler. After the last time I was there, and the server was rude to me, and now this, It hurts me to say, I am done with Sailfish Brewing Company.

It is a nice place. We sat outside. We had the Mac n cheese (came out cold and bland taste). The tuna nachos was so on point! The fish tacos was not that good (no seasoning on the fish). The guys ate smash burgers and they liked it!

Do I seat myself ? Do I order first ? Do I bring my food to my table or will a server do this ? Kindly display a sign that clarifies your process. The servers were very nice. The food over salted. But what do you expect, it’s Ft Pierce?! At the Ft Pierce Short Order Cooks College the head instructor’s motto is “Salt heavily; you can’t oversalt.” There’s ketchup salt and pepper on the table. If I want to enhance the flavor, I know what to do.

My husband and myself have family and friends in for our vow renewal and we wanted to take them all to Sailfish and do a tour of the brewery. Gabe assisted us and led the tour and the staff kept our drinks full, food flowing, and the environment was friendly and fun. It was just what we wanted for our guests. I highly suggest a tour of the brewery and enjoying the great pizza, garlic knots, fish dip, and Stromboli. They offer cauliflower crust too. They have some great beer selections and it’s fresh.
