So everyone i went with got an amazing dish. If i could give general life advice it would be to always go with what the chef suggests because at the end of the day thats their tested recipes. WOW! The Saigon Grilled Pork Special is 5/5! Perfectly cooked and crispy unlike Americanized knock off banh mi’s. The owner is very professional and kind! Certainly will be coming back to try the rest of the menu!
