Caught them in the middle of a rush today. The girl taking the order was pretty new and I’ll excuse the fact that she didn’t know the menu well. The manager was very loud and obviously frustrated. She called out my order and when I didn’t immediately stand up, she just said it again louder. It was not a kind raising of the voice, she sounded almost mean, and that contributed to the sub par atmosphere. My nitro cold brew didn’t have ice (I’m pretty sure it should). The sandwhich wrap was done sloppily. No napkins were stocked in the lobby, which had a good outward appearance but needs to be swept and wiped down as I write this.

Maybe you should learn how to do customer service. Normal Gainesville no teeth having,methhead working a job they shouldn't be. Card reader was gone and couldn't take cash over 20, OK. How bout telling people they can order on the app and pay, ya bunch of lazy turds. Getting rude with customers, normal Gainesville customer service.
