Imagine ordering only two espresso shots and a bagel and instead getting black coffee and a muffin. Please do better. I’m not driving back to Dunkin’ for my $10 refund, but man, how braindead are your employees.

Edit : I finally got to the window @3:10pm and could someone please explain to me why there are only 2 ladies and 1 gentleman inside working. The gentleman was in the drive thru lane and once I came up. CLOCKED OUT AND LEFT. Keep in mind there is a WHOLE LINE behind me that have been sitting just as long as me. It’s RIDICULOUS.Original : If I could leave 0 stars, I would.I placed my order around 140pm, sat in the drive thru. Only 5 maybe 6 cars in front. No problem. Why have I been currently sitting in this drive thru line for over an hour it’s currently 2:58pm. It’s ridiculous. I placed a mobile order thinking this would be faster than being trapped inside their tiny lobby. guess not. They’re keeping cars at the window for almost 10 minutes. I’m not sure what takes EVERY SINGLE CAR, 10/15 min at the window.They need to step up the pace or hire a new staff. I don’t think I’ll be returning until then. I have NEVER seen anything like this and I’m a loyal to my Dunkin coffee.

I'm only giving 3 stars due to to it being hit or miss with this location. You might get great service/food one day but terrible the next. Always a different staff which probably contributes to the mixed

Quick serving and has good coffee, only issue is that the drive through line is really bad and gets clogged.
We were super excited that finally, another place was 24 hours and decided to get some donuts.Upon opening the box, I noticed that a couple of donuts were wrong, and that was a bit of a letdown, but it is what it is. What has led me to writing this review is the quality of the donuts. I purchased a custom dozen donuts and a fritter, and all were hard, dry, and stale.I've never experienced receiving donuts like this before, and I'm disappointed that we were so excited to order from here.

Generously rating five-star simply because they're open 24 hours and they try their best. Coffee can be very good IF FRESH which which was the case when I visited. IMO coffee should NEVER be more than 20 minutes old at the most though I know that is hard and harsh. I'm not a big donut person, but Krispy kremes are pretty amazing whereas here the donuts I've had don't impress. Certainly appreciate that they are open 24/7 in drive-thru. Surprisingly, food other than donuts can be better than expected such as like their egg sandwiches.
