I love Firehouse Subs and I usually go to this location because it’s closest to where I work. The service is always decent and it’s relatively clean but while the service is good and the employees are nice, it is SLOW. We recently went when they were fulfilling multiple catering orders and instead of them staffing appropriately for the need, they seemed to just spread their staff too thin. I could be wrong, but that’s how it seemed. Like I said, the employees are so, so nice and doing their best but I feel like this store is falling flat on the management end. Very disappointing.

I ate there today for lunch. The restaurant was moderately busy. My order, steak and cheese sandwich, took about 25 minutes to be made. I stood next to the pickup counter the whole time and none of the employees cared to even give me an update on the delay. To make things worse, they put some sort of gravy or au jus sauce in the sandwich which made it barely eadible. It was so salty. I ended up taking the sandwich apart, soaking up the salty sauce with napkins, and only ate the meat and cheese as the bread was soaked in the sauce. Horrible experience. Mind you, I’ve been eating at firehouse subs for years (different locations) and was always impressed. I will definitely never go to this location again, and definitely never order the steak and cheese sandwich again. Waste of $15

I had personally had a DoorDash order that had arrived to my home and wasn’t very acceptable. I came to the location they were having a very busy day, And management without question gladly remade my sandwich without even being to take a look at the original sandwich I was given. I do believe the manager had mentioned his name was Elijah, The staff was extremely nice and understanding, and had absolutely no issue fixing my sandwich. The manager alone, and how he handled the situation completely changed my mind on if I’ll eat at firehouse subs ever again

The food is good but it is incredible que estamos en Spring brake The town is alone, and there were only 3 customers in the store and I had to wait more than 20 minutes for a sandwich, The person who was preparing the subs was making it really slow. I asked another customer and he also agreed with me that everything was very very slow.

Worst location I’ve ever been to. Extremely slow! 45 minutes to get two subs. The three girls behind counter were rude and in no hurry to make food. Not really busy either. Would avoid this location at all costs.

Wasn't real happy they heated my sub. I didn't read anywhere all the subs were heated. I was hoping for a cold sub. It was messy with cheese dripping. Flavor was ok. Honey ham was a bit over powering so no taste to rest of the Italian sub.

Freaky slow. Waited 25 minutes in store for 3 subs! I guess their priority is online orders. Customers in the store should be first priority! Online orders can wait. Food was good though once we finally got it.

I went here a few minutes ago and I had to pay extra for my sandwich to come on a toasted garlic bread and once I received it and tasted it I realized that there was no taste of garlic at all. The appearance was nothing as the picture showed and the person behind the counter said to me that the company over does their advertising just to sell it. He said he could remake it but told me it would come out the same way. I have eaten here for many years and I still have 35,000 plus rewards to prove it. I thought that I should not have felt like I had lost something when I left but I did. I truly lost respect for the store and if I as a customer didn't feel satisfied the way the person spoke down on the advertising made it worse.
