Biked several miles to use a coupon I found for lunch. The girl working didn't recognize it, wouldn't accept it. No manager available to discuss the issue. Had to call the regional manager, who made them accept the coupon as it was a new promotion they had just started that week but nobody communicated to the staff. The entire ordeal took 15 minutes. I was on my bike for lunch break. As soon as I left I got caught in a severe sudden downpour. Both my food and yself were entirely soaked. Had I left 5 minutes earlier I could have beaten the rain. The entire experience was frustrating and ruined a good portion of my day over something that the employee clearly had discretion to deal with but didn't want to bother with. Based on this bad taste left i will not be returning to this location again.

I eat too much from this place. They slice the meat right when you order. It always tastes fresh. The staff are nice and seem happy when we order. Their sandwiches are stacked, just like my priorities. ?

Great experience today for lunch at this location. The 3 guys working were friendly, working hard, and seemed to care about giving great customer service. The sandwiches we got today were made quickly and correctly.

I had always been curious about Jersey Mike’s Subs, but I had never had the chance to try one until recently. I had heard great things about their East Coast-style sandwiches, and I was eager to see if they lived up to the hype. I decided to order the #44 Buffalo Chicken Cheese Steak, which was described as “Frank’s Red Hot Sauce®, lettuce, tomato, white American cheese with blue cheese dressing” on their menu.I was impressed by how they prepared the sandwich in front of me, slicing the bread and the chicken fresh on the spot. The smell of the hot sauce and the cheese was tantalizing, and I couldn’t wait to taste it. I took a big bite and was instantly blown away by the explosion of flavors in my mouth. The chicken was juicy and tender, coated with a spicy and tangy sauce that made my taste buds dance. The cheese was rich and creamy, complementing the heat of the sauce with a smooth texture. The lettuce and tomato added a crunchy and refreshing contrast, while the blue cheese dressing added a savory and pungent note. The bread was soft and fluffy, holding everything together without getting soggy. It was one of the most delicious and satisfying sandwiches I had ever eaten, and I finished it in no time. I felt a wave of happiness and gratitude wash over me, as I had just discovered a new favorite place to eat. Jersey Mike’s Subs had exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t wait to come back for more.

I was very disappointed. I asked that they not cook my steak hoagie very long. What I received was a play overcooked steak hoagie. Very disappointed.

Been to many jersey Mike's. Often stop by this particular location for lunch. Everything is dirty. The front glass where they make your sub always dirty. Napkin dispensers dirty. Bathroom completely dirty from the mirror to the door to the toilet itself. Windows etc ac vent looks moldy. Jersey Mike's seems to focus on customer service which is subpar at this location. Customer engagement doesn't exist really. Never had a problem with my food just want to see the place cleaned up.

Absolutely not worth the price.Location: Decent parking depending on how the gym classes / Publix are. Restaurant: Needs a decent cleaning.Service: Neither friendly nor unfriendly. Somewhat slow. Definitely in no rush whatsoever, but not rude by any means.Food: Ok at best. 16.25 for a "giant" kahuna but you'll be hungry a couple hours later. You'll get more food (that tastes better) at a better price at Hogans

Phenominally delicious, a Big Kahuna #99 w/ double-meat on Rosemary bread... Perfectly crafted & served - literally a "Best Sub Ever"!!Oh, and the dining area updates look great too. Thanks Josh & Russell for my great birthday treat!

We love the sandwiches. The service is very slow and staff is unorganized.

Tried Jersey Mike's for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. The fresh bread was delicious. The bread itself, for the "gigantic" was more than a foot long, standard 12".While there aren't many accompaniments to choose from for the sandwiches, it is fresh and you receive an ample amount (fixing and meat) on the sandwich. Most sandwiches come with white american cheese, but can easily be substituted with other cheese; I chose provolone on my philly cheesesteak. The steak was cooked fresh to order. Great! The other sandwich ordered was ham and cheese. Also fresh sliced ham and fresh sliced cheese. ..... My biggest complaint here is that the ham and cheese were sliced on the same slicer without being wiped or cleaned in between. In all fairness, I did see the employee clean the slicer after the person in front of us completed their order. ... Still he's slicing meat and cheese on same apparatus and wrapping the items up to be restored for next use.... 'Cross-contamination' came to mind. 2 full-sized sandwiches, 1 small bag of chips, 1 cookie, and 2 large fountain drinks came up to a little over $40. So, it is a little pricey. However, the sandwiches were good and I was able to split between two meals. The photos show only 1/2 sandwich. The store was clean, empty, what would be expected for a small sandwich shop, I guess. I haven't decided if I would try again.

I always like the food here. There's a good variety and they are usually fairly generous with the meats and fixings. It's more expensive than something like Jimmy John's, but the food is also VASTLY superior.
