The sole reason I am leaving a bad review is based on their take out service. The owner needs to get a better grasp on their take out parking. If I order take out I SHOULD not have to be told I need to go inside because the take out spots are filled with individuals who are not ordering take out. It is ridiculous. Starting towing vehicles or handing out tickets.

Went into the restaurant and was seated promptly. After 15 mins, no one came to get our drink orders or even bring any bread. Another customer walked in approximately 10 mins after us and was also promptly seated however this customer was also greeted by her waitress and given coasters for her drinks. I felt it may have been the color of my skin — being that the other customer did not look like me. I will not be returning..

We stopped in for dinner after a day at the NHRA track. We were so impressed with the management and servers. Crazy busy, but everyone was so polite . The staff hustled, and the managers were chipping in! The sign of a well run business. The food? Excellent. We had the sirloin w/asparagus and salmon w/Brussel sprouts.
I ordered a 6oz fillet and the grilled shrimp to-go, I drove forty five minutes into town to get this because I have always had a good steak from this location. However I always order medium rare when getting steak to go since it will be resting for so long I would most likely have something close to medium. I got home and cut into my steak and I was surprised to find it rare. I figured since I did just drive over an hour for this steak and paid nearly $40, I might as well eat it. I then got to the end of my steak to find it completely raw. Thankfully the shrimp was well seasoned and well cooked. I’ve never had this happen before when in the dining room or on previous to-go orders. Needless to say it was an unpleasant time. I did answer the survey that was on my receipt, I did say that someone in customer services could contact me and nobody ever did. ??♀️

Management is so bad here. We were told a 15 minute wait time. Watched over 3 sets of people that came in after us get seated first. Finally got a text table ready 40 minutes later. We had left already after seeing the numerous people seated before us. Food is never consistent either. Darden needs to watch closely as management is so poor .
