Moe's food is amazing. I just don't like the prices. It's to expensive. It's worth it when you bite into the food but you be mad again when the food gone about the price ??.

came on moe monday so i understand things will be a little more chaotic than the average day. i got the nachos however. i felt like they gave me a bunch of chips and then the smallest scooops of rice, beans, meat, & queso. i ate the first few chips and had no toppings left for the rest. kinda frusterating but oh well. at least it tasted good

Tiny potions compared to other Moe’s restaurants and a lot of attitude. I asked very politely for a little bit more on the burrito since the portion was so small and got told that “she wasn’t feeling this today” and when she got the manager he was also argumentative. The people in line behind me left because the people working there were so rude.

I ordered online and when I got there to pick it up the man behind the counter tossed my order to me across the table with attitude. After driving home I realized I didn't receive any meat and barely any rice and beans, my order was basically a pile of lettuce with sauce.

Been going to this Moe’s for years and it’s always been good, far superior to chipotle especially with the bottomless chips and salsa bar included. Personally I really dislike the redesign they did a few years ago, way less interesting on the inside than it used to be.Vegetarian options: You can order vegetarian.Parking: Decent size lot that wraps around the building.

way too expensive. Charging extra for a lot of things now - even white meat chicken. Not many people there. I can see why. Not going back. Son joked we should have just gone to Taco Bell. I agree.
If I could leave zero stars I would!!! I entered the Archer Rd location today at 12:25 along with four other friends of mine for lunch. When We entered the building the front door along with the inside of the restaurant was VERY dirty. We were NOT welcomed with anything such as "welcome to Moe's" or even a hello. The female who started the order, Tiarra Watson was very unprofessional and rude to all five of us by slinging our food around on the counter, sloppy presentation, etc. When I got to the register I asked to speak to a manager which was Dan in regards to the situation. I explained out experience very politely and Dan became VERY offensive defending the employees actions and asked me "Do you want me to get up on a stage and announce it?" while frailing his arms around. I then asked for a refund for my food $16.96 and Tiarra came and processed the refund while steadily being hostile and rude. I still have NOT received my refund of the $16.96. This place is not only poorly managed, but also poorly maintained with cleanliness. The owner of this franchise should be aware! I suggest cleaning the place up for better presentation and also having a manage that leads by example to his staff.

One of the best moes I've ever been too, friendly staff, good food, clean store. Parking is slightly hectic and getting to the actual restraunt from the highway was a bit confusing but other than that no gripes at all.
