Came in for a bagel and only 3 varieties were available. Someone purchased 10 bagel boxes. It was around 830a on a Sunday.

The food is getting insanely overpriced with smaller and smaller portions everytime I go! I only come for the Sip Club, but the employees here are really nice. Also PLEASE bring the cups back or actually put the cups out when I order online. ???

Panera Bread on Archer Rd is awesome! The soup/sandwich option was great! Very Pricey. Paid $33 for 2 bowls of soup, 2 half sandwiches, a small drink and small coffee. Yikes!

Every time I come here and order the warm chocolate chip cookies they’re warm but they’re hard as a rock. How many days in a row do the same cookies sit on the warming plate here?

Went to pickup an online order and after waiting 30 minutes I finally asked and they said my pickup order has been ready at the delivery counter. I ordered pickup not delivery, they said orders over $25 always go to delivery. Put some signs up then. Also the food is small portions, high price, and mostly tastes

The self service kiosks are terrible. It never sent a receipt or text as it should have. The food was ok, but the portions are half of what they used to be. I get that there is inflation but this bacon avocado sandwich is pathetic. It is all bread with almost no avocado or bacon.

I have been reluctant to go into Panera Bread Restaurants due to the decline of the staffs and food at many I have visited recently but, this one has gone a long way in building my trust back up. Francesca (spelled differently) was engaging, friendly, personable, professional, and a joy to be served by. The food was really good especially the turkey chili. The preparation of the food was great and the staff there was also friendly and professional. Will go back overtime we are in Gainesville.

Great disappointment! I’ve been going to Panera’s for years but that is probably come to an end. Today I went in for just breakfast bagels. It has been a while since I’ve been to this location. Now you have to give your order to a touch pad with difficult software and no place to indicate if you want your bagel sliced. The bagels I received were barely a half inch thick and holes in the middle the size of a plum. Bagels did not taste fresh and were difficult to cut since they were so thin. It appears that customer service and quality control are going out the window at Paneras.

Veggie Sandwich and Squash soup was good. Squash soup was a little sweet for me. Nice location. Plenty of tables. Busy place.

I love Panera Bread when I'm traveling, but now that I found out I'm gluten intolerant, I couldn't believe you don't have one single gluten-free bread we can choose for the breakfast sandwiches. I am very disappointed because I always have a good time going to any of your locations, but you just don't give us options.
