Customer service is very rude. None of them have good customer service. The line weight is long and on top of that they make you pull over to wait another 30 minutes. It is currently 5:55 PM. The inside is always dirty in the floor full of grease not to mention the bathrooms are disgusting. There are times where their doors are locked like it is right now mind you it is still early to be locking doors.

I did a online delivery order from this location since I recently fractured my spine. We received our order and don't have complaints about the time but the order was missing half of the items and the items we did get were not accurate to what we ordered. I did not know 2 large mashed potatoes consist of just 3 scoops of mashed potatoes. 2 chicken sandwiches, plain pickles only and we only got 1 chicken sandwich with its normal ingredients. They also refused to answer of the phones. I highly recommend you stay away from this location and go to a different one. 2 large mashed potatoes and 2 plain chicken sandwiches with pickles and a drink. I don't know how you mess that up. $50 and was only offered a 15$ refund or 20$ credit.

Did not care that I stood there employee looked at me twice did not even check on me , took about 20 minutes before a manager actually recognized me first time will not be accepting or taken orders from this place RUDE AND

Popeye’s Chicken at this location is usually like this…so disappointing. They’re always out of spicy and the employees are usually rude when they have to make it. Forget about talking to corporate or management. And what happened to the Cajun Rice they don’t even make it anymore.

This has got to be the worst place ever to spend your money! And it's not even the food. The food is okay. But the Manager and the emplyees are horrible. My husband and I tried to enjoy a nice lunch but the Manager was yelling and being disrespectful to her employees! The floor in front of the counter had rice and beans all over but they did not care the cashier said she was busy and did not have time to clean it. It wasn't that busy! I will not be dinning there again! The atmosphere is disgusting!

Dine in is mostly closed.

This definitely has to be the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. The cashier was unprofessional. They got my order wrong as I ordered wings with no sauce. They smeared this greasy looking sauce all over my wings and I had already left once I noticed it. The potatoes tasted weird and were lumpy. The sides were extremely skimpy and there wasn't even enough Mac and cheese to cover the bottom of the cup. I got a combo and they didn’t include my biscuit. They charged me for a large combo but gave me a regular cup so when I asked for a LARGE cup she said “we are out of large cups.” I don’t see why she didn’t tell me that before I ordered and paid for a large combo.

Drove up to the drive through 30 minutes before closing. The menu was off and when we brought that to their attention, we were laughed at and repeatedly told this isn't the Main Street location. We would have accepted if they told us they were closing early. Ended up driving to the Main Street location and received amazing service.

EVERYTIME I go to this place they are always out of EVERYTHING! How are you ALWAYS out of CHICKEN?! And on top of that the employees are rude as hell! If you don't want to work in customer service FIND ANOTHER JOB!
