bad attitude towards customers, we were walking in downtown on the street, it was very hot, we came in for cold drinks, we had an electric scooter, they told us to leave the scooter on the street (who will be responsible for it?) as a result, we were not able to have a good time and We've left, we won't come here again

I have to leave a review just for my favorite barista, Savannah! Everytime I order my usual, she gets it perfect! I get lost in her beautiful eyes whenever she's making my drink. Everyone needs to come to this location and have Savannah make your drink. The best!

I always go to this Starbucks because it’s close to work. I also ALWAYS tip.My problems are:1) One of the girls can not do math ( I guess I confused her with cash) I paid $4.50 over the amount…… I just left it as tip.2) They close at 8pm but stop serving at 7:40?!? They can’t lock the doors at 8pm and then start cleaning/ putting things away?3) They always mention the tip ( it’s self explained) but, I don’t think they all deserve one. Kinda rude!!!I go to Starbucks almost every day, all over the country, and this one….. I always have problems at……New Edit:1/25/24Since I can’t REPLY to your “ reply”.You spelled my name WRONG! Also, I just want you to encourage your employees to ‘ Thank People’ when they get tipped instead of mentioning one! (Has happened multiple times now and why I will no longer tip-this Starbucks)

Overall the experience was subpar. Four employees working that are clearly more interested in playing on their phones behind the counter than providing good customer service.

EDIT: To address whomever responded to my review from Starbucks: No, it's not inclusive to everyone to publicly promote a particular and extremely controversial ideology which many people view as a secular religion, when you would never do that for other religions.ORIGINAL: I didn't realize that Starbucks had an official religion, but that must be why I've never seen a Jewish star or a Christian cross displayed there, only this 2SLGBTQIA+ stuff. If only their religion was good service.

Women who had no Starbucks attire on or nothing pertaining to the brand on, was standing behind the counter had gotten very pushy and offensive with a customer when trying to order a drink. Very bad overall customer experience in general.

I ordered a iced pumpkin chai cream latte and got a iced pumpkin latte, once i asked for it to be corrected and got the gai latte i didn’t receive the cream on top like you’re supposed to. making a simple drink that’s popular isn’t very hard and i’m disappointed in this store for it ?

What can I say, they do an amazing job even when the line wraps around the building the staff does not show the stress always smiling and in good spirit. It is clean and good atmosphere to hang out and do school work or meet up with friends

Can't beat free ice water and a smile when it's 110 degrees outside.

I came in during the early morning rush and ordered. My drink wasn’t to my liking so I came back around lunch time. Rye really made sure I had great drink and experience this go around. Always order with Rye!

Updating this to a one-star after watching all three employees this morning greet and pet a visiting dog. Nothing wrong with that, except all three went back to work without washing their hands.

I'm so tired of this place having varying hours. And more importantly, I keep having an issue where they won't accept cash. I feel like it's discriminatory, and the staff doesn't even seem to care they're losing business. Today, I wanted to pay with cash, and the employee was like "Sorry, I only have a dollar in the drawer, so my manager basically said we're not taking cash today." This was so frustrating. I'm not going to go to a bank and put cash into my account just because the store manager didn't feel like going to the bank today themselves. The store needs to be better at accepting legal currency. Not only that, but it took several minutes for any of the workers to acknowledge I was at the counter.

This location closed at 6pm I pulled up at 557 and asked if I could order I was told as long as it wasn't hot coffee. The service was exceptional I would say best Starbucks iv visited in the US wish thus location was closer. Even offered the extra drink I ordered that didn't fit in my cup. I told the gentleman to give it to the ladies behind me. Thanks again
