I love the variety of flavors!!! I've been here twice and have had two positive experiences. It's a very unique place - not many places sell gourmet popsicles. I personally hope to return and hope others show up.

My popsicle was covered in freezer burn, tasted terrible, and was $9.94... i am very confused with the current rating because this place was awful.

Our family usually enjoys Hyppo popsicles. We have filled multiple Hyppo stamp cards ever since they opened in Gainesville. A few of our favorite flavors include chocolate peppermint, the Phoenix, champagne mango and strawberry lemonade among others. Nutella is a favorite flavor for its creamy, rich Nutella flavor. However, on a recent trip to the downtown Gainesville location, we were disappointed with the quality of the Nutella and the Irish cream popsicles because instead of them being their usual creamy texture, both the Nutella and the Irish cream were crunchy crystallized ice. Not enough cream maybe? These are pricey popsicles so we'll stop buying them if the quality continues to be subpar. Maybe quality control is becoming challenging as the company grows? On a good note though, the service is always good as the girls who work there are always friendly. The store decor is pretty with the brightly colored fruit wall stickers.

Wonderful pops! I had a maple pecan and it was sooooo tasty! The woman working on April 15th was super sweet and made my birthday visit wonderful! Will definitely come again during the next Gainesville trip!

Found this place by accident on our adventure today. We were on the hunt for a frozen yogurt place that apparently is no longer in this area but saw The Hyppo had "gourmet ice pops" and decided to check it out. So glad we did! The young lady behind the counter was super helpful and gave us good insight on all the different flavors. It's a small shop kind of tucked away on a side street downtown but you definitely need to seek it out for a cold treat, totally worth it! I had the granny's apple pie pop and my husband had the pineapple orange bar; both full of flavor and so delicious. Mine was like a perfectly flavored apple pie and you could taste fresh pineapple in my husbands pineapple orange pop. Next time we are down here in Gainesville we will be making it a point to stop in and try some other flavors.

Been coming here for almost ten years as a visitor and it IS the best around. I have moved nearby and am still excited every time I stop in. Staff is always great and each popsicle makes you want more. The dairy free option is excellent!
