Ella was absolutely fantastic. she was the only one in the store. answering the phones, making food, making smoothies, and ringing and greeting guests. i could clearly tell she was not a manager because she stated to a guest on the phone. shame on management for leaving this poor girl by herself, not to mention should never happen in any restaurant. she deserves a raise. she was so sweet and kind even when customers were getting upset that she was alone and they were waiting an extended period of time. again, shame on management, but kudos to her for being such a team player, while ensuring quality of the food and smoothies. giving 5 stars for ella only.

Was a very poor visit, smoothies were too thick to drink through the straw and had to wait for them to start melting, and the wraps were both incorrectly made so they were borderline inedible

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! BEST SMOOTHIES IN THE VILLE!!! I love the Bahama mama it always saves my day. When I'm depressed I run to tropical smoothie. I love them. I love bahama mamas. NOTHING in this world will beat the fantastic lineup of smoothies they have to offer. #tropitude. They have excellent food here and it's great tasting and healthy. They also have a unique menu compared to other places, which is nice. They're not the fastest in the world but that's okay because they're slammed and it's worth the wait. The people working there are friendly, professional, and have a clean appearance. I like their food so much that I ate there two days in a row. You can use your laptop while in there but my only complaint is that they gets too cold in there after a while.
PEOPLE WHO GO TO THIS LOCATION BEWARE OF SERIOUS ISSUES IM GOING TO LIST!!!First I would like to address my problems with the smoothies. They are always either extremely chunky or very watery. They do not blend them enough and from what I've seen, they do not clean the blenders correctly. If you look at them, they just wash it out with water but if you look over the counter, the blenders are full of black mold! I am severely allergic to black mold, and got very sick after coming here! The food was overcooked, and there was not enough cheese. Another problem I had was with the manager Melissa!!! SHE TREATS HER WORKERS HORRIBLY. I HEARD HER TALKING BADLY ABOUT ANOTHER WORKER. APPARENTLY SHE WAS NOT SCHEDULING BECAUSE SHE DIDNT LIKE HER !! Extremely unprofessional Do not come here!! I saw one of the girls put peanut butter in the regular blender and then just rinse it off which is a safety issue for those that are anaphylactic/ allergic to peanut butter!! The bananas are either over ripe and dark brown or underripe. They don't fully replace the fruits they just put the bad ones on top and they're rude to the customers! Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL And a Health HAZARD!!

Don’t come here unless you got 30 minutes to waste, telling me to go ahead and leave “have a good day” when they never gave me the second wrap in my order and most of all, the smoothie. As I watched four people get smoothies ahead of mine. I can’t find anything good to say, everyone looked dead inside. Somebody needs to pick up morale in that place! Like fast.
