Could not have asked for a better experience or meal!!! The food was amazing. Service was exceptional. Our waitress Morgan was EXCELLENT and the manager Rose made a quick stop to say hi as well, both were extremely friendly and more than accommodating to us. I highly recommend dining there anytime you possibly can!

Let me tell you something the staff at this restaurant is amazing. The food is amazing. The prices are amazing tonight we were in there. Our server was Emma and she was just so sweet. She was fast and provided excellent meal recommendations although we have been there before we were looking to try something different, and Emma really helped us out. Savanna, the bartender made incredible drinks and they were at the table almost as soon as we ordered them and finally the GM Sarah came to our table and to check on things. She is very kind and you can really tell that she cares about her staff, customer satisfaction and the reputation of the restaurant!! Great job by all 3 of them tonight!!!

My prediction Wahoo closes in 6 to 12 months if they don’t drastically improve
Place needs a painting clean up inside and out. Service needs to be more customer oriented. Kitchen needs an overhaul not being able to get basic dishes out in a timely manner is a big problem when no one is there. Went on Friday nights Gainesvilles go out to dinner night, the place was empty (outside not 2 tables inside similar) left due to kitchen not being able to do a basic calamari in 45 minutes of waiting for an app, let alone dinner. Went to Ale House, packed as normal on a friday night, big wait. No one is dining at Wahoo's 6 months or less IMO until it’s under new ownership

I did ask for changes to the shrimp po boy to bring closer to New Orleans style... they didn't really succeed. However, the bread was fresh, and toasted perfectly. The shrimp kept jumping out of the bread, there were so many. The fries were very good- crispy on the outside, moist on the inside. My husband ordered shrimp etouffee and was very pleased. Overall, a pleasant place for lunch on our wedding anniversary.

General Manager has Zero restaurant experience because the people hiring for this restaurant also have zero experience!! The restaurant business isn’t what it used to be because of woke administration like this guy Jeremy in charge of hiring. This isn’t a real restaurant, I’d advise you go somewhere else if you want a genuine experience

Shrimp was not deveined! When I went to peel it poop went all over the outside. I picked up another when I grabbed poop came out the top! I almost threw up.... I've eaten at Jumbo Crab, no problems. I've eaten at La Juicy, no problems same type of food cooked the same way. The taste was not that great either. So I won't be back. The manger took the shrimp of my bill. At least that was nice.
