The franchisee needs a new management. Everyone acted like a clown, including the manager. Everybody was having a big party, while people are waiting forever for food. They had no soda, no sweet tea, no barbecue sauce, etc.I normally don’t piss negative reviews, but this place was just absurd. It all comes down to management

I want to say first off Clay, who was working the front cash register did fantastic. Showed patience and had a fantastic attitude. Now for the bad parts. Somebody has no idea how to mop the floors. They need to use a different solution because the floor was extremely slippy. There was old people walking around and I was concerned for them because of how slippy it was. Next the spicy chicken nuggets were not crispy. I can tell they have been sitting in the heater getting moist. And lastly, I found a piece of paper inside of my burger, not the meat part tho. Other than Clay this place sucks.

Every single time I come to this Wendy’s there’s something wrong either one of the fryers are down . Or employees are not acknowledging you because they’re engaging in personal conversations the line is always long I came to the drive through today and sat for over 30 minutes and I’ve never had to do that in my life . This is suppose to be fast food and honestly there’s nothing fast about it nothing at all worst customer service ever I will never come back here again

Run don't walk away from this restauarant. The extreme violations of health code in the food provided to me would cause anyone's stomach to turn. I have attempted to call the restaurant but have been disconnected twice so now i will be calling the Department of Health and reporting my concerns. When I got home and opened the large handled bag in which the food was placedI reached in to pull the food out. Crawling in and out of the fries and nuggets was 6-8 cockroaches. To be honest I didnt stop to count them, I wanted that bag and food out of my house. While the salad was in a sealed container, there was no way my daughter was eating that. I could only imagine how bad the roaches must be in the restaurant. On 2/28/24, I ordered an apple pecan salad, a 10 piece chicken nuggets, a large fry, a large mixed frosty, and a large pineapple mango drink. The check came to $28.93 which I thought was excessive for fast food. It was a surprise for my 27 y/o pregnant daughter who had been craving Wendy's so I was happy to help.Such a disgusting shame. I will NEVER purchase food there again.
