on 08/23/2024, I placed an order for delivery 2 pan tossed pizzas, 4 20 oz bottles of soda (2 starry 2 Pepsi) and a double order of breadsticks, what I received was 4 starry, 1 pan tossed pizza and 1 pizza shaped like a square and the breadsticks did not have any dipping sauce, I understood that it was a busy Friday night but I called the store to ask for a partial refund since this is not what I ordered, the manager refused to come to the phone and advised to callback in an hour, I decided to just call corporate to see if they could handle it since clearly I was no longer an important customer since they already had my money. the call center I spoke to indicated that they would give me a 15 dollar store credit to use at the same store and it would be available within the next 48 hours, brings me to 09/04/2024, I go to place an order again with the same contact center and the store credit that was promised did not show up, they advised that they would contact the store directly to see if it was on their system, and put me on hold, the rep came back and advised that they were answering then hanging up, she placed me back on hold to try again but they did not answer, the rep gave me the direct phone number for me to try, I tried twice and Leanna ( who claimed to be the manager) picked ( I was shocked!), and on my account with my phone number there was no store credit. I placed an order with papa johns instead
first and foremost Leanna needs customer service training ASAP, people like her will bring the entire company down, she is a reflection of this store with the failure to complete an order and is a terrible leader and role model. she has no respect for customers time or money at all. second I will no longer be a Pizza Hut customer, I try to be reasonable and understanding but I also expect accountability, and to fix the issue, which none of this happened.
if you are still reading this. please do not order or eat here, I would rather eat Tonys frozen pizza for the rest of my life and dare spend another cent at this place.

I ordered a large pizza for delivery and when it arrived it was a medium I called to tell them they’ve made a mistake and they young girl who answered said they could remake my pizza correctly and then put me on hold, after 15 minutes of waiting on hold I hung up and called back and spoke to a older woman who told me that they now close at 10 and that they aren’t going to be remaking my pizza and I need to bring the pizza box to the store tomorrow morning and get a new pizza. I work a full time job and don’t have time to do that. She was very rude and unprofessional. She claimed she was “the owner” I’ve never had this bad of an experience at Pizza Hut ever. This lady was completely rude and unprofessional. And also my medium pizza barely had any sauce and was definitely over cheesed. I won’t be back if she’s the “owner”. I want a refund or to talk to a real manager because whoever I talked to was a complete joke.

I went in to enjoy a quick lunch while passing through Green Cove today. When we walked it from the looks of the dirty empty tables all around I wasn’t sure we would even have a clean table to sit at. We found one, sat down and got our drinks. The server seemed on edge or aggravated, which made the experience less enjoyable. We received our food, we ate, paid and left. The whole time we were there not one table was cleaned off nor were our drinks refilled or table cleaned while we were eating. I will not come back nor recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone else. At least not while that server is working.
I'm a long-time fan of Pizza Hut and have always been satisfied with their food. However, my latest experience was a letdown. I ordered a side of French fries, which was a mistake. For $4.99, I expected a decent serving size, but what I got was a tiny portion that left me feeling ripped off. The fries were good, but the value was not. I hope Pizza Hut reconsiders their pricing and portion sizes for this item. Still, I'll be back for their great pizza!
The lunch buffet is the thing to do while the kids are in school.

i ordered thru the app for delivery and when my pizza and breadstick got here the breadsticks have none of the butter or seasoning it’s supposed to have, when i called the girl that answered was nice nd seemed to be a little confused i explained it to her and she told me to give her a sec after about a minute i heard someone in the background then a few seconds later i was hung up on this is not the first time something like this has happened. they need to look into the management.

Food was definitely not great and not Pizza Hut quality from what I remember. My wife and I stopped in in for a quick lunch at the buffet. There were only six tables and they could not keep the buffet stocked with pizza and we also found hair in the pasta. Pizza was overcooked as all the crust was hard. Temperature of the buffet warmer seemed a little low. When I stuck my hand in to get a slice of pizza from one of the pans I did not feel any heat. We ordered wings and they came out lukewarm. The cinnamon sticks on the bar were hard and in a partially cut sheet and you had to fight to get them out of the pan. They still have beer taps up at the bar but I was told they haven't sold beer for years. And the price was way overpriced, (especially for the quality of food that Pizza Hut is known for vs. what I actually received) $45 before tip for two people to eat at the buffet bar and have a 6 count order of wings with two drinks. I doubt I will go back. Their motto is "No one out pizzas the Hut" but they certainly could have done a better job on this day.
