My husband called and notified that I would pick up the pizza. When I arrived to pick up the order did not appear. They changed the name and after several minutes of waiting he appeared and fried the pizza. I will not return to this place, he also made fun of my Latin accent. The treatment was very unpleasant. I felt racist. I definitely don't recommend it

i'd give this place negative stars if possible. the pizza wasn't made properly and they replaced the sodas we were charged for with pepsi zero, which we didn't order. why is it so hard to find decent service anymore? for the price the quality should be average, not trash. the manager said he'd comp us next time we order from them, anyone who knows anything about fast food knows they aren't going to remember you the next time you order. so basically he blew us off and our concerns. so we are never going here again. if enough people boycott a restaurant the place goes out of business and i could care less if that happened here. i'm not even that picky about pizza either, but when you can barely choke down a piece of pizza there's something wrong, even little ceasars puts this place to shame.

Ordered my first hungry Howies here in Haines city fl. ??♂️!Was sent a text it was to be delivered by 8:14 pm and I get notification they are at my place at 8:40 and I’m like nope I’m outside & gave them my address again and then another text they are at my house-Nope, finally 8:55 they deliver cold chicken nuggets and cold $23 pizza! I placed the order at 7:33 and website/app said an hour so by 8:33 is livable lol. Called the business at 8:44 explaining the situation and the curt young lady tells me all orders are running an hour forty five mins (1:45hr) and blew me off letting me know if it never shows that I can call back and I’ll be reimbursed! It’s hilarious that the store is literally 6 mins away but a friend is borrowing my suv so I decided to try ordering their product. Suv was returned 20 mins before the food ?.Boneless chicken is worthless vs cost cold or not so hopefully the lab doesn’t get sick. I’ll try to reheat the pizza in the oven and see what it tastes like as a couple bites cold it just sucked! Sadly we can’t give negative stars!

Food is take it or leave it but the customer service is terrible. Staff at this location have laughed at customers to their faces, been rude to the elderly, and generally give you zero customer service while cracking jokes and laughing with each other (the employees). And this all happened in one visit while waiting for food.Kid-friendliness: If they are laughing at customers and escalating issues as employees I would not rate this a safe or kid friendly environment.Dietary restrictions: If the employees are okay with being rude to customers and laughing at them I have a hard time believing they will monitor properly to remove restrictive foods for some guests by request (many times had my toppings wrong from this location)

Do not order. We placed an order for our company lunch, set for 12pm delivery, delivery was late, so we called to get an update on the delivery and were then told, they only had one delivery person, (why was this not communicated before we placed the order?) We sat thru our lunch waiting for the food, by the time we received the food, lunch was over and the Pizza was cold. Also one of the drinks (mountain dew) was flat, not sure how old this drink was. Very disappointed with the quality of service provided by this establishment.
