The food is absolutely incredible, outstanding, and full of amazing flavor, with everything rated 10 out of 10. Dishes are delicious, fresh, and feature generous portions. Specific highlights include the plov, kebabs, shashlik, shish kebab (especially the lamb), mantis with beef and pumpkin, tashkent salad, salsa, soups, a whole branzino cooked on charcoal, and potatoes with mushrooms. The sauces are out of this world. As a fully kosher establishment, it is a special find in the region.
