If you want the freshest seafood in town head over to "From Boat to Table Seafood" in Hernando Beach on Caliente street. I bought my daughter some oysters there today and she was soo happy and couldn't wait to get home and eat them. They never made it home because she ended up eating them at my work. She said they were soooo good, she wanted more lol. I don't eat them but my daughter loves all things seafood. They were fresh, big, juicy and very tasty. Sorry I didn't get a picture of the before and after but she ate them as fast as someone was opening them for her. We will definitely be back for more.

They erase ALL negative comments on their facebook page. Apparently they don't want customers knowing that they use gill nets to catch their fish... including 2,611 pompano over the allowable limit.In 2000 the owner was charged with (not sure if convicted again after his appeal, so I'm just saying "charged") (1) tampering with evidence 1 ; (2) fleeing and eluding a Marine Patrol officer; (3) interference with a Marine Patrol officer; (4) possession of undersize lobster; (5) possession of lobster out of season; (6) harvesting lobster during the “soak” season; and (7) failing to have lobster registration numbers on his traps.But the gill nets are unforgivable. They catch everything that isn't small including dolphins, seals, sharks, and sea turtles. They die horrific deaths. Don't buy fish from these people. There are other places to get super fresh fish locally that do not use gill nets.

First time at this store as we just recently moved to the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase.

Shelves were empty and prices were high on what they did have. Just went out to eat and it was cheaper then just buying there selections and making it at home. Very disappointed

Kenny and Mandy are the absolute BEST! Their customer service and knowledge is outstanding!! Everything is boat to table fresh and the place is kept super clean!I would highly recommend this place for any of your seafood ?
We were in town for a couple days this past week and stopped in. We are so glad that we did! We were able to get some delicious shrimp, scallops, and stone crab claws. The scallops were so amazingly sweet! The shrimp were firm and delicious! Now the stone crab..
Holy moly! It was so sweet and full of meat. The employee working helped my husband and taught him how to Crack it. We most definitely will return!!!!

My daughter has been asking for oysters and From Boat to Table just got some fresh ones in so I ran down and got some. She isa crazy 13 yr old that LOVES everything from this store. She said, " mom these are sooo yummy and juicy and delicious." She ate every single one in one sitting and said thank you so very very much, they were great. If you want the freshest seafood on the west coast of Florida you have to visit " From Boat to Table" seafood where it is so fresh it is still breathing when it comes in the store lol. Thanks for making my daughter so ?
