I have been eating in this Boston Market for many years and I have never experienced such a disappointment in their chicken. Tasted like it was from the day before, super dry and with no flavor.. Please fix this problem! I love Boston Market but will never go to this one again.

Food looked bad they didn't have half of the stuff on menu. Place looked dirty. The ceiling had stain marks and holes. Barley greeted and workers just seemed off. Idk would not go to this location. I walked out.

We used to eat there or order food twice a month. The service is horrible, they are rude, they are screaming to each other from the front to the kitchen. The food is horrible no taste. Ordering online and having Uber deliver they always forget the corn bread. They need to clean house.

I honestly have never made a complaint nor have I had any issues in the past with Boston Market, as we usually tend to love the food from here but today, as you can specifically see from the photo’s, the quality of the food is not up to par. The chicken has a very strong color and a weird taste as well as the side dishes, everything is stale, and undercooked. Very disappointed.

I visited the store located at 16709 NW 67th Ave Hialeah, FL 33014 on 4/23/2023 @12:57:44 PM. I wanted the Parmesan Tuscan chicken; it was not available. Neither was the garlic chicken. They only had the original flavor. I ordered the 1/2 original chicken, creamed spinach, and the stuffing. I wanted a diet coke, but the only drinks available were iced tea and lemon aid. I asked for some gravy for the stuffing, and they did not have any. Now I will tell you about the quality of the food I purchased. The cornbread was tasteless. The creamed spinach was also tasteless. I am not sure what has happened, but the taste and the quality of your food have become very disappointing. The stuffing was so dry and tough that I could not eat it. Only certain parts of the chicken I was able to eat. I took the rest off of the bone and mixed it in with my dog's dinner. VERY DISSAPOINTING! I usually visit the Boston Market in North Miami FL on Biscayne Blvd and 126th Street. I will not be visiting Boston Market in the near future.

Food is literally worse than a Frozen TV Dinner. I can’t imagine how they would have any return customers. I had meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes and Mac N Cheese. Meatloaf was boring, just a clump of meat. Mashed potatoes were bland. Mac N Cheese was very salty. Free meals for life wouldn’t get me to return.

Worst costumer services, the place is to dirty you can‘t eat in place like this They should change the manager, and talk to the workers. the workers have a very ugly attitude. If they have 5 things on the menu, it's a lot, horrible. They don't have most of the things on the menu.

Although I visited prior to 6PM, I was told that chicken and turkey were the only meats they had. The atmosphere was not warm and inviting. It appeared to be a laborious process for the server to prepare my take-out orders and she chewed gum the entire time she waited on me.
