From the first visit at Frankys deli, I was like I’m definitely coming back. The customer service is top tier. Everyone is extremely warm and friendly, makes you feel at home. I had the breakfast special that morning, & one of the employees recommended I try the tuna sandwich for lunch. I came back later that afternoon and when I tell you, hands down one of the best sandwiches Ive had. Not to mention, they have some house made garlic sauce, which compliments the plantain chips.Will definitely keep you coming back……..

I finally made it to this Hialeah staple! I was greeted at the door by Franky himself and he was so friendly and kind to recommend a few different options. The hype is real! I had the Famous Italian Sub (Ham, capicola, salami & provolone). Wow! The flavors were amazing and it was toasted perfectly inside and out !! Service was excellent! Kudos to the staff because everyone wore gloves while making the subs. I look forward to trying some of the other subs!!!

First time I had Franky's I was starving! I mean it was amazing but it wasn't a fair review went back a second and third time. Each time getting something different. Not once was I disappointed. You can't go wrong with a single item on the menu. My partner and I usually choose different things and I obviously get to taste his. Fair to say I've tried most of the subs. Food aside though, the service from the moment you open the door is immaculate. Thank you Franky for recommending different things and taking into consideration my dietary preferences. Love you guys! And those people that have come from Ohio, really know what a treat this place is!

So far I've had the Meatball Sub, the Pastrami, and the Philly Cheese steak, every one of them has been perfect. We just left right now and all I can say is this is one of my favorite restaurants ever. The food is absolutely amazing, and the customer service is simply unmatched. A small deli located at a typical obscure Florida strip mall. It's 10 minutes from my house and I have driven by it 100 times.I was watching a food video on YouTube and they had a pastrami sandwich deli review.I decided to use google map to look up delis and Franky's showed up with a good rating, and is nearby. They even open early and on Saturday.I ordered the half pastrami half corned beef ruben style. It came out to about $15 for a whole sandwich .I took a photo of the current menu and prices which I thought was reasonable for the quality you get.(2024 prices)Service was excellent. The Food was made fresh so it took about 10min to get it.There was seating for about 20 people inside and maybe another 10 outside. I was solo so got mine to go.The sandwich was excellent. Meat was moist , flavorful, thinly cut slices with good texture. Bread was toasted and not overwhelming with enough cheese and sauce to compliment the flavor.Sometime local reviews, because of relations, gets overhyled and I am left disappointed. This is definitely not the case here.I will definitely be going back there soon and will probably get the same sandwich.
