Place is a hole in the wall...seats about 8 ppl total but don't let that get in the way of you trying the Porcetta there. You will be greeted by Mario the one man show. Larger than life and very personal service directly from the chef and owner. He has sandwiches, subs, and burgers plus a couple juices which seem great but I always have the special of the day. Favorites are arroz con pollo or the bacalao with rice and chicharos. If you are looking for that grandma style authentic Cuban cooking and service go and order the special - all are incredible. But there is nothing like Tuesdays when he makes Porcetta. It's a slice from a rolled slab of pork belly stuffed with chorizo, or stewed meats, or bacon (he changes it up)...one of the best meals I've had...several times :)

I'm truly sorry to ruin your "perfect" review record but I have to state the truth. I have tried your subs and you might remember me. I gave you a suggestion on the bread that you are currently using. The bread is a type of baguette bread that is hard. No one that makes subs, locally that is, uses this type of bread. On the contrary, very one uses a soft bread and greets with a daily cooked type of freshness. I gave this place two stars bacause the owner was friendly. It sits in a tiny shoopping center in Seminola. Please try changing your bread and let me know when you do so I can revisit and update this review. Thank you.

First time and not the last. I got the full size steak and cheese with onions and onion bread and it was phenomenal. Quick service. Super hot and fresh. The portions of steak where perfect. Can't wait to go back and try other things on the menu.

Ok, so yesterday I finally stopped at this tiny spot on my sometimes route home from work. Grabbed a pair of very unique and tasty steak subs and was happy enough to return. What I returned to was an entirely different phenomenon. I'd been given VA preview and I knew to go straight for what I feel is this spot's masterpiece, the Cuban Porchetta!! Not only is it irreverent in seasoning and presentation but in many other ways I never imagined. While I'd love to share the specifics, I prefer you discover them on your own. Sweet, savory, porky, garlicky and delicious...this porchetta along with the best congri I can remember be and a nice tomato and onion offering together create true umami and sure to satisfy! I look forward to getting this to a five which bi suspect will not take long. Just a burger, wrap and a chaufa away!
