on two occasions I've gone to this location and after waiting in the drive thru line was told they dont have chicken , seriously! isn't this what they do. I've heard this about this place but decided to give them a try anyway. sorry I did.

They charged me 3 dollars extra for a piece of avocado that they didn't even cut. I asked the guy to remove the soda from the order and he said he can't do that so I told him you have to because I don't want it. Then he told his manager to remove the soda because I didn't have enough money which was not the case. He was very rude. Also when he went to look for the manager he was walking with my credit card which I made him come back and give it back if he's walking away from the window. Then I get my order and they put the wrong rice and also put tomatoes which I specifically asked for brown rice and no tomatos. Horrible service honestly. I will not come back here every again

I went to this pollo and the blond lady with black shirt I think her name was Mirna helped me out very well. She took my order in a great manner and the food was fresh, hot & delicious. They also handed me the sauces I wanted .Vegetarian options: You can choose the veggie tropichop.Parking: Lots of options and close to the store

The worst pollo tropical in miami. They always mess up your order and never give you utensils or napkins. The food is decent however, their work ethic and service is horrible. And let me not mention how BADDDD the diet coke is. Taste like you’re drinking carbonated soap in a cup. HORRIBLE. do not recommend!!!! ew.

This pollo has really great food , the blond lady with a black shirt I think her name was Mirna or something she was able to take my order in a great manner and handed me the food I asked for with the sauces I wanted . They have a great service here and I will come again.
