I feel sorry for anyone that doesn’t speak Spanish coming here, they only speak Spanish here, and LOUD. I’m bilingual so I’m ok, but it’s not inclusive of others…at least an effort to speak some English would be good…

Older lady in afternoon shift 1:00-2:06 aprx (6/22) is super rude. She has no patience for children and even worse adults. She very rudely reminded me that there was a "sign" that stated that fifty dollar bills were not accepted without even giving me the chance to look for a smaller bill. Lady needs to either retire and or take a customer service class because now, this location has now lost quite a lot of clients because of this negative attitude.

The lady working told me to try a new peperroni for the bmt, i asked her if the price was the same and she said yes. At the time to pay when i showed her i had a coupon she said i couldn't use it because the new pepperoni cost more and it was not under promotion. Very misleading information from the two ladies working here today. It was a 5 dollars difference, that i as a costumer had to pay when i actually came in just for the coupon which is 8.99 with a meal. Train your people with this scenarios and for them to say that the new pepperoni is more expensive and not give out misleading information or false advertisement. Today is 04-05-2023 at 2:27 pm.

The sandwiches are old and also the toppings look weird. They need to modernize their Subway Restaurant. More fund should be given, I saw another Subway that was way more of a bright environment, not like this one. The service is great, but it can improve.

Just picked up the sub , the lettuce taste like it went bad. If you as a person wouldn’t eat the food yourself, here’s a suggestion don’t feed it to your customers!!!!!! Food was disgusting don’t come to this subway

I had placed an online order for two different subs with specific details of what to not add to one sub and the other sub to have certain things. But when I went to go pick up my order, I assumed they got the specific details of the order and I did not check my sub in the restaurant. When I got home the subs were identical and missing all the ingredients other than just chicken, lettuce, and spinach. It was missing the bacon to the “chicken bacon ranch” sub, it’s even in the name !! And they still failed to add it to the sub.. When I tried to call the store the phone sounded busy.. worse experience so far.. i give it a two star and not one because I’ve had good service before but just very slow.

The server turned her head back and sneeze ? she didn’t even covered her face with her arm and was not wearing a mask. My tuna melt wasn’t wrap with paper and she just threw it inside the paper bag???she never smiled … Horrible service.
