I have never made an opinion about a place but I definitely have to take the trouble to do so today because I am honestly so angry and indignant, I love the tacos at this place, mainly the chalupa supreme and the day I order it I look forward to it so I can Enjoying it today has been a very bad experience for me. I hope they record well. It was today around 2 in the morning that I placed my order. The boat was hard. It seemed like it had been prepared for hours. It was so hard that I had a hard time biting it and it even scratched my throat. I had to throw it away, me and my husband had ordered three and none of the three were fresh, everything else was good but the chalupas, there was no way to eat them, they were cold, hard for me, they had been prepared for a long time, it seems too unfair to me xk one pays for one good service but honestly I feel scammed because they are not very cheap so I don't think it is fair that they send me something that is not fresh, I pay it with the greatest pleasure in the world but so that it arrives to me in good condition. I have always been satisfied with this restaurant but today I am completely disenchanted by the lack of empathy with the customer and the little value for our money. I would like to add a photo but the truth is I don't know how even in the photo you can see the state of those boats.

doesn’t even deserve a star, they gave me a tortilla with ONLY chicken when i asked for everything on it, they completely got my order wrong and they didn’t do anything about it. don’t go to taco bell go to chipotle it’s 10 times better!!!??

Was completely ignored and ordered food is kiosk only for a guest to walk in after me be served(perhaps I didn't look Latino enough) then I was sked rudely if I paid for my meal via kiosk...felt a little bit profiled folks ...not cool.

Service is garbage all they do is sit and talk inside it's ridiculous sitting in a EMPTY drive thru for 15 mins.
