Placed an online order for a polar pizza for my sons birthday ... nothing was right about the order. Asked for a chocolate chip cookie . Get the double chocolate brownie cookie .. pay extra for cookie dough and get nothing .. if I didn't say anything they were not going to refund me my money for not getting the cookie dough . Trying to scam but I caught them . Kind of scummy thing to do .. you would think with the place being dead with pandemic going on and a few days to get make the order they would get it right .... but I was wrong . Horrible service I will never be stepping foot in that establishment ever again

Had placed an order for a cake on April 8th and had a Lady named Candice Beckett call in this morning April 13, to say they were unable to proceed with my order due to lack of staff being available. Her exact words were "I have not had a baker in a month." This cake is for my sons 2nd Birthday and asked for a refund, Candice replied "Your payment is still processing" Later we called the Bank to confirm her story/perspective, and found out she had LIED about the charge being in a processing state. When speaking to a bank specialist we were able to confirm that, it is completed and deducted from the primary checking account. IF I CAN SUBMIT A RATING OF -2STARS I WOULD.

I am extremely upset at the service given at this Baskin Robbins. I came in because I had a BOGO free coupon that expires today, March 6. There were 3 people behind the counter and none of them seemed to know what they were doing. There was a family of 4 in front of us, and they all were helping them.

When someone finally did acknowledge me, I asked if I could use my coupon on any flavors. The first girl didn't know, asked the second employee, who asked the third. They said since it was a screenshot they couldn't take it. No problem, I pulled up the original email. She then asked me when did I receive the email. I said Sunday, and she asked which Sunday. I said Sunday March 1. She said oh no, it won't work. The coupon clearly says it expires on March 6. I showed it to her and she said oh, I guess you can use it. At that point I was so frustrated I just decided to walk out and not even purchase anything. Very rude of the employees not to answer my original question and act like I'm trying to steal, when I was there to use a coupon that Baskin Robins sent me via their email! I definitely will not be back again.

Finally a Baskin Robbins that had most of the flavors they advertise so i was able to get 2 scoops without hearing ‘sorry we don’t have that flavor.’ The manager was very pleasant & the scoops were big portions. What a tasty afternoon treat after the oh so dreaded American tax duty!

This Baskin-Robbins had an excellent variety of ice cream flavors available. The staff was very kind. This Baskin-Robbins was one of the very few nearby ice cream stores I saw was open on Christmas Eve.

It’s thanksgiving and I am running around trying to find a cake for my husbands birthday (last minute) anyway Edwin helped me pick out a cake and even helped me decorate it. He was very helpful and attentive! I recommend this place if I can give more stars I would!

I've been to other baskin Robin's where their service was less than 1/2 a star worthy. Which caused me to almost swear off never going back. My recent experience was such a positive one that I needed to review. The cleanliness was great, the staff (Rick) was a delight. Everything down to the taste of the ice cream was perfect. They have a lot of traffic at this location. This is great because they don't keep old, refrozen ice cream.
