After picking up a menu for this restaurant at the hotel my friends and I were staying at, we ordered dinner to be delivered. The person who answered the phone asked me the address twice (aren't you in the same small town?? Didn't you leave menus there?) and then couldn't tell me whether I should meet the delivery person in the hotel lobby or if they would deliver to our room. I was told to expect the food in 1 hour and 15 minutes at the most, so not even an estimated delivery time. I went down to the lobby to wait and an hour and 30 minutes passed so I called to check. After asking for the hotel address AGAIN (different person this time), she quibbled about the few minutes difference that we were waiting. What did it matter, it was late? So the food finally comes 10 minutes later... no napkins or forks were included... for a delivery to a hotel... where out of towers (who don't travel with cutlery and napkins) stay. The mozzarella sticks (not good at all) and pizza were lukewarm at best, and parts of the pizza crust were burned. And for some reason, it came in a box from a different business (see picture). The salad was ok, and the chicken Parmesan sandwich was lukewarm but tasted average. So basically... bad customer service, lukewarm food, and poorly trained people answering the phone. If you want a good delivered dinner, Grande Pizza Co. is not the place you want to order from.

Food was good but the service was awful. Botched our order. Didn’t take anything off the bill ....waited for twenty minutes before getting any service whatsoever. Drinks came ten minutes after the salad and rolls. I can’t make this stuff up. I imagine it could be good if the waiter was actually good and got the order right. Seriously ...fire the wait staff and get your orders right!!! Here’s the kicker - wasn’t even busy ! Three people in the dining area total.

I don't know how this place doesn't have five stars. My friends brought over a pizza for movie night and Grande is the only place I order pizza from now. We had the deep dish with pepperoni. Definitely our new favorite!

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! TERRIBLE! If I could give 0 or negative stars I would! At first the service was very good, got a call confirming everything on my order was correct. Then came the delivery...man who delivered was very nice but as we opened stuff up was not impressed. We ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and half bacon, garlic bread, and 10 piece order of medium wings. First off the garlic bread was TERRIBLE we just through it out cause we couldn’t even swallow it, it was so bad. Pizza was a little cold, and we wings were PLAIN...so I called and the women that answered the phone made me feel it was MY FAULT the sauce wasn’t there. And continued to say “well I guess I could have my driver run back and give you your sauce when he gets back if you want.” I spent over 50 dollars on this order and added a 10 dollar tip. So 60 plus dollars. I said YES i want what I ordered. Now it’s the next morning and never got my wing sauce. So that was thrown out as well. BIG WASTE OF MONEY! Just terrible!

I often take my friends to this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The meals are delicious and the team is efficient and cooperative. always when we visit this place we have a delightful time. I warmly recommend this restaurant.

Friends ordered pizza today. I have my spot, but wow this is the new spot. They’re not light on the cheese they’re fantastic. Honestly the best pizza since Spumoni Gardens in Brooklyn. You can’t find pizza this good down here.

Food good... Service in establishment is horrible!!! Only table in the place and older gentlemen serving us got our drinks wrong plus could not remember the appetizer AFTER reminding him twice before entree got there. Fine we can look past that... Had to get him as he was sitting at another table eating to order additional food to go including dessert. Got home NO DESSERT in the to go bags. STOP talking over the customer, be attentive, write down orders and reassure food is there.
served me burnt shrimp then called police on me when i went to get a refund; cashier was very rude & proceeded to argue instead of making the order right! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE & I WILL NEVER RETURN.

This shrimp is from grande co pizza in hollywood this is disgusting almost broke my tooth bitting into this shrimp, also had shrimp shells and overcharged me for ravioli pasta ..... Unbelievable i've spend so much money here loyal customer to this place unbelievable in disgust....

Absolutely the worst food experience I’ve ever had. Looked at menu online, placed order on the phone. Based off the menu online our total should have been approximately $44.00, driver showed up and total was almost $75.00 and it was the worst food we’ve ever had. Soup had spilled everywhere, didn’t get the silverware or napkins we asked for. We are from out of town and staying in a hotel and had nothing to eat with. Took 1 hour and 20 minutes to get our food from the time we ordered.
