Do not order pick up or delivery. Drivers had to wait for food to be ready 3 times because they "did not get the order". Maybe dine in is better. I called in an order for pickup after the 4th time and again "they did not get the order". Had to re-order and wait. On a bright note, the waitress on meth was actually pretty nice

Awful and shameful customer service.Extremely rude, lazy, unprofessional and disrespectful staff that constantly gets online orders wrong or does not even honour it’s own delivery policy after we have already paid for our order.One time we waited 2hrs for our order until the poor delivery person who was waiting outside went in to inquire about the hold-up and the manager literally said “tell them it’s cancelled.. I don’t have time to do it. restaurant is full”. In reality, He never actually cancelled the order (we were charged fully) and he never notified the driver. He just lied. I had to spend 10 mins on the phone convincing him to prepare the food we paid for!HBK was my favourite Burger place in Florida but in the recent year the customer service is just embarrassing.HBK owner, if you’re reading this (I doubt you do) please be aware that no good lamburger or pulled brisket can compensate for terrible staff that runs your business like a scam.Time for some much needed damage control.Until then, myself, my friends and my family are not coming back.

Not 1 thing came correctly.Tried to reach out to get a refund, but I just got attitude and they refuse to take responsibility for this.Spent close to $200 and still waiting for my refund from HBK Burger on Stirling

Mediocre food not worth the price. Advertised a beer selection on the menu, but didn't have any available at all. All entrees we around $18 for lunch, kids were $12. Got the bill, and 18% gratuity was already added no matter what size party. We ended up spending about $100 for 4 burgers, some fries, and 3 cans of soda. Might as well do fast food.

Parking was a bit tight, but I did find a place right away. Their service was very quick and efficient. The food was pretty good, I have gotten burgers from here a couple of times.

The burger is very good. 0 complaints on taste. After waiting for my food to come for 45 minutes, 2. out of 3 of the plates had an error. Even after sending the food back for correction, the food was still missing a few critical items listed on the menu

I will not be back. We ordered the guac and chips and asked if the guac was house made (it was $14) the server said yes and it definitely was not. They give you the smallest amount and the chips were burnt. If I'm paying $18 for a burger I'm expecting premium meats, toppings and presentation. The server didn't know the answer to any of my questions. The owner has some serious work to do with this place. Don't even waste your money.

Went for lunch. We were first customers of the day. Ordered a $22 "smokehouse sandwich" on a whole wheat tortilla wrap. The sandwich comes with pastrami and turkey as shown on the menu. 45+ minutes later it arrived on a sub (vs a wrap). It was skimpy and only had a couple pieces of pastrami. Zero turkey. The owner was standing right there when I very politely asked the waitress about this. At first he said that there was turkey but after a closer look he saw there was none and took the plate back. The plate arrived back, this time in a white tortilla wrap, still with the same skimpy pastrami and no turkey. I pointed it out to the waitress, asked if the waitress can ask the owner to come from the kitchen area. He eventually came to the customer area but completely ignored us and tended to other matters on his computer.
Onion rings. Disgusting. Everything was inedible. Nasty. Called the restaurant to let them know someone is sending food out that can't be eaten and he didn't care.

I went there on a Friday restaurant was completely empty middle of the day.The owner was rude and disrespectful last time I was there but I gave them one more chance big mistake.Food took 40 min to come and the place was ran by kids.His employees all quit including his cook so the food tastes different now.DON'T RECOMMEND.Owner is rude and I believe the other review's saying he doesn't pay his employees.With no customers and him still being open it looks like he's money laundering.Wouldn't be surprised he looks like a bad person.

Ran by kids, one shouldn’t be surprised not to be warned that “fast food” will take 45 minutes to an hour to be served. The chicken was clearly defrosted and the pastrami was rubbery and barely eatable. None of the televisions were working and supposedly the music system wasn’t either. If only we were told food will take such a long time we would’ve spared our toddler the agony of waiting in hunger. The steak fries were pretty good. Perhaps if the wait staff was at all professional and decent tunes were playing there could be nice ambience.
