I did a mobile order that understandably wasn't ready when I got there because it was busy so I stood patiently waiting. A few walk in customers came in and got through ahead of me even though my mobile order was made 10 minutes before. I asked about my order and was told "it should be coming up". A few more orders were processed while I continued to stand there. Finally I see my drink made. Instead of giving it to me the guy just puts it behind him on the pick up counter. I asked him if it was mine and he said yes. So I asked "Can I have it please?". This guy handed it to me and in the most disingenuous high pitched voice said "And have a good day!". I told him don't be rude. He continued going back and forth and I didn't have the time or the interest to engage in his negativity.He either dislikes his job or the pressure of high volumes was affecting his manners. Either way....don't take your frustration out on people. Starbucks prides itself on excellent customer service and this was by far the worst experience. I purposely left his name out of this post, but do better. You know yourself.

Pretty large location of Starbucks on a great location right off Sheridan and Park Road next to TY Park. Very clean. Great coffee. With indoor and outdoor sitting. The stuff is very friendly.Parking: Located inside a plaza. There are plenty of parking spaces.

I went here on Friday night right before they closed. It was my birthday ? and the girl who helped me was very sweet. She wished me a happy birthday and said it was no problem to make my birthday drink ? Starbucks holiday ceramic & plastic cups were 50% off!
