I had pre-ordered my food online. I went to go pick up my food. After waiting in line to get my food, i had received my bags and i went home. I was a fool for not checking the bags, because none of the chicken enchilada burritos were inside the bag. They had placed nachos and cheese, and a gordita in one of the bags. Neither of those were in my order. It was shame to have gone home after taking time to go online and order, and to find out that what i had paid for was not inside the bags.

The night shift was so nice and courteous to take my order, one of the item ran out, The young lady gave me an option to substitute for something else and apologized for that inconvenience. she even offer me Water for the wait. Thsts is how strike customer service, keep up to the good work!!

I ordered a $5 box, the chalupa was old, the hard taco was soggy and the strawberry lemonade had no flavor at all. Worst Taco Bell I ever had. It’s like they didn’t even put effort to give me decent food.
This is the worst TacoBell I have ever visited. The food is not fresh, the meat from the tacos seamed like rooten. I felt sick the minute I finished the food.Unfortunately, the service is not good either!

Still the worst taco bell. Still only 1 star. Ordered the new cheesey Mexican pizza with Jalapeño and it was not fresh the taco parts were soft and barely any nacho cheese. The two soft tacos my meal came with were wet. I have never gotten wet tacos before.

Our host was courteous, friendly and very helpful. We went inside & he helped us place our order using the kiosk as we were unfamiliar with it. Also, the store was very neat and clean.Parking: Parking next to building, very accessible.

What a lack of respect this looks like here in Miami to arrive at a restaurant that supposedly says on the open internet and when you arrive at the store they don't serve you because they are Serrado that if for 10 minutes or for what I give them to say at the moment I think they should be more attentive to their businesses because the employees they have are losing them is only my opinion and
