Stopped in to pick up some doughnuts. The doughnuts were really good as expected. The service was great. Very attentive individuals and fast too. Although I took my order to go, this location has a lot of space for dine in. It's nice and clean as well. Nice place, check it out.Kid-friendliness: Lots of tables and restroom on premises.

Horrible experience with the woman at the drive through, she was very rude and had zero customer service. She was angry and had a very bad attitude and easily irritated , basically she wiped the smile off my face! Won’t be coming back get new staff please this kind of service can ruin a business!

Michael, at the counter, welcomed me with a big smile and a warm welcome as he took my order. Donuts were warm and tasted delicious with a hot cup of coffee. I’ll be back.

When I got there at 12 PM. There was nobody in line in the drive through and there wasn't that many cars in the parking lot. So I am going to believe no one was inside.I wanted a dozen of their chocolate ice and they only had 8 and another dozen on the assorted. They didn't have much of a selection.They only had some stuffed ones. And there was nothing even said to me. That more donuts will be ready and anytime. So I'm going to assume nobody was cooking any..I haven't been here in years. And now I could see why. Such a shame. I guess next time I will go to Dunkin' Donuts.

Saturday early evening. 20 minutes in front of the counter 3 employees, no one even approached me or my family. Very sad. We were ignored all the way, probably because we are Hispanic. Don't know why, but I'm a long-time customer of this franchise, especially because I am a proud veteran of this nation, and this company honors us. This one in Florida City isn't what represents Krispy Kreme that I know.Kid-friendliness: Horrible staff.

For some weeks now anytime I’ve done the drive through I’m told there are no donuts. But when I walk inside and ask for the same donuts I can get donuts. I’ve gone at 12 pm, 5pm even the mornings and there’s just magically never any donuts at the drive through. The past two times we didn’t even get an answer at the drive through box in the middle of the afternoon. I hate this for the people of Florida City as we deserve better
