Took a while, but after calling the business I received a call back a few days later during business hours. The man is shorthanded & WE that are in the know, know it's very difficult to find & keep reliable employment. I eventually received my grill & I'm very happy with it. Everyone circles around my 10yr old Toyota trying to figure out what it is & they love it!

Purchase a grill and never got a tracking number until after delivery. When I called each time, no answer during open hours. When I got a call back, I was told I'd have a tracking number 3 day later when they would be done making my grill. Never got it when told. Even when contacting them back days after the promised date of getting a tracking number, no answer during multiple calls during open hours.Grill looks amazing, but the design is flawed. Theres brackets on the sides to fasten the the frame of the old grill, but not for the top and bottom. The hood latch attaches to bottom. Meaning, with it fastened to the insert, results in bending of the plastic when popping the hood, and results in a bigger gap than there should be on top and bottom. Now I'm going to have to design something myself to fix the issue myself which I shouldn't have to, but now have no choice but to do it myself.As a sales consultant and all-arpund handyman, not impressed.

This company charged my credit card for a purchase, failed to ship the product in the promised/agreed to time and now they will not respond to my emails or calls. Time to contact the BBB. How pathetic.

They make some good quality aluminum grilles for different car maker brands. The grille I ordered arrived safely packaged and the instructions were easily to follow. I would recommend this company if you are tried of plastic car grilles.
