Ordered online at 6:45-ish pm order was to be ready between 7:16-7:26pm. I arrived at 7:22pm. It's now 7:50pm and still no food. Customer after customer coming in to pick up and same story. It's as if they're waiting for the customer to arrive before starting the order. Absolutely unacceptable. Can't rate the food as I don't have it yet, and as far as atmosphere... It's a Barron slum.... If this is a franchise, to the owner you need to do better. Maybe you need help.

You know I'm not a real big fan of this particular store at all. Ever since Josh and his wife left that store it's just been a huge ball rolling down hill. The last order we got a gift card and my 12 year old daughter wanted to order pizza. All well and fine but when her Pizza arrived it was undercooked massively full of sauce and it was soggy. I would have never gone there if it wasn't for the fact that we had the gift card and it just went to show that the store Sucks. And I'm not the only one that has problems my landlord ordered a pizza from there last month and her pizza came here burnt. And she said never again. Maybe if they get some better people in there we might give it a try again but right now and since Josh left it's just not worth going don't lose your money go to Little Caesars they make good Pizza ?

I have to say at first I had a issue with my pizza delivered tonight and the door dash delivered a cold pizza called and spoke to the manager (Brittany) I was very amazing how helpful she was and offered to fix the problem at this time I was not paying again for delivery so I went in I was greeted with a friendly smiling face and she was right there ready to fix my problem and get me back home to serve dinner to my kids. I must say I have heard some horror stories about this place but if they keep staff like this I most definitely will.be back. I asked again for there names names and a young gentleman I want to say John was his name was very respectful and well mannered . It was no time before I was heading home very pleased with houle they handle the situation.,

I placed an order online. The delivery driver left my order on the chair outside. Where animals walk across when I called the store to speak to the so-called manager she never wanted to identify herself. She was very rude and disrespectful me personally, I’d never have someone working for my business that’s as nasty as her. I had to call corporate and place a complaint … the driver also drove back-and-forth by my house three times and then sputed me down about which door was mine, when it was a duplex. Sorry excuse of a manager. Whoever was the manager June 5, 2023 Monday at 7 PM.
