Roma in Lima was a place i was going to enjoy and eat after a long day but the place ruined my day. The customer service was bad because the waitress I had named Rose was rude because I filed a complain about the ranch because it was chunky and looked expired and then ask to get another one but she was so rude about it and she just got mad and walked away. Not only was the service bad, it’s also filthy because the same day I was there I seen a roach walk across the table. So I wouldn’t be surprised if there are rats in that restaurant. A better place to eat would be at a place called Rib City.

Wonderful place to get dinner and take out food. My family and I order from Roma regularly and they never disappoint. The quality of the food is excellent, pricing is very reasonable and the service is impeccable. My family and I live in Ave Maria and recently we got late night hunger so I called them @ about 855 pm and wouldn't you know they were kind and nice enough to stay open for me for to get up there and to pick up an order of food for my family and I. They even turned the ovens back on and everything just amazing amazing people that provide great service and ALWAYS have awesome food!!Thanks a lot, Roma in Lima family

I ordered at 6 pm through google (slice app) was given an eta of 7:12 (latest) only to find out that they’re busy in store and having problems in the kitchen and wasn’t notified of such. I had to call to see where my food was when the app was telling me that food was being delivered. Food wasn’t even being prepared. Poor customer service therefore poor management. Let’s see if they will refund my money as quick as they were to collect.

A delicious variety of Peruvian, Italian, and American food awaits at this casual little eatery in the heart of Immokalee.I'd driven by this place more than a few times since starting to work in the little town about three years ago and finally decided to brake for some pasta.After visiting Italy about a month ago, my expectations for pasta both in quality and price have changed a bit, but that's not what I wound up trying.When I asked my server about what dish she would recommend if I made just one visit to the restaurant, she directed me to the Peruvian cuisine - specifically the fried rice and tallarín saltado.Unable to help but give a nod to her recommendation, I settled back for a treat that featured tasty garlic bread and a reasonably priced dish of savory beef, veggies, and noodles with a side of delicious sauce (I favored the spicier orange variety).I'll admit one point of grump: the fountain soda really needed more carbonation, but that's my take. Others may prefer a mellower soda.For my visit, I found service to be excellent. The waitress was very kind.The atmosphere is quite modern. The sheer number of screens touting the food offerings was surprising. The restaurant was clean and well maintained even if the exterior looked dated.If you happen through little I-Town and happen to have a taste for Peruvian food, you should consider a stop.Maybe I'll try the pizza or pasta sometime, but I don't know if I'm ready for that right now.Parking: As long as not busy, their little parking lot will sufficeKid-friendliness: There was nothing I'd say was especially attractive to kids, although they do have some menu items they might like (chicken nuggies, anybody?).Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is spacious and offers plenty of tables that would work for wheelchairs.
Fantastic service, a very friendly atmosphere, and great food. It has not been my first time eating there, and it will not be my last. The people there are absolutely amazing making you feel so welcomed, and the pizza is delicious. Thank you for a fantastic time and I can’t wait to go back!!

Came through here on our way to Miami on December 29th for lunch.Sat ourselves, took 5 mins to get a waitress. Only 3 tables were in there for lunch.Took forever to get our order. Salads were decent but very small portions of chicken. Just par food, not worth it.Service was absolutely terrible and Jennifer added a 15% tip on the bill. Maybe that's why they don't care about service, they get paid either way!!
