Order hot fish in hot fries and everything was room temperature , clerk told me they would give me a hot one upon request so I asked for hot fish sandwich because last time I was there it was cold , also fries were room temperature and tasted lowsey , also the seating in the restaurant is lowsy, newer establishment which is decent but no garbage cans outside to throw your garbage out after eating when you get takeout and eat in your vehicle , with all being said my family will not return !

Waited over 20 min for my order which was 4 peice mozzarella sticks. After 20 min. I mentioned the time and that's when they finally decided to start cooking them. I then asked for a refund and had to wait another 5 min for a manager. I had time to finish shake. Worst Arby's ever. Not the 1st time I have had issues but it will be the last

I had forgotten just how bad Arby's was. It's nothing like the Arby's I knew back in the 1970s when you could get a big tasty hot steamed roast beef sandwich on a full sized bun. Today's version of Arby's is nothing like the original. I won't ever go to another one again.

This was my first time at this Arby's. The food was very decent and pretty much what I would expect from Arby's no issues. The service was mildly ho-hum though as nobody was exactly moving very quickly. For only three of us in the restaurant everyone was kind of well just moving along kind of slow lol. The floors were quite sticky particularly around the beverage area. I'll give it another visitor too before I finally rest a final opinion... but the food was good

Food was luke warm. Chicken tenders had some raw pieces. Management was very disrespectful argued about a coupon that stated what it actually said said they don't know how to make coupons. The cashier was rude as well. The only good thing was the beverages. The sauces were warmer than the food. I do not recommend this

First off I am super disappointed in this restaurant, the customer service, I would NEVER go back. I sat in the drive thru line for 15 mins to then be told I had to come into the restaurant to place my order. OK did that and when I stepped to the register I just cannot understand how employers allow their workers to come to work with a bonett on their head and dirty clothes. Just eww def not going back
