A true diamond in the rough. Don't go in here expecting an american dining experience. Go in expecting truly great authentic food.

They have great prices, and amazing Ramen! Only downfall is they play their music a little loud, but the food is so good it still gets 5 stars!

First time trying ramen and not liking it, pork slice tasted freezer burned and broth was just salty not sure if this is true Japanese ramen?

Good food. Prices are super cheap and the service was good. My only complaint is it is 1500 miles from home.

The food was delicious. I had the Kimchi Noodles and my family had friend rice with chicken and the Pad Thai. We loved it. The cook was very friendly and came out to check to make sure everything was great. We appreciate their customer service.

Update: 1 year later, they've closed and reopened and the food is not the same at all. I had shio ramen, the broth was bland, the egg was hard boiled, and the pork was tough. There are much better places now.

Sorry but it should've stayed close. It can only be described as bad. REALLY BAD. The ramen was practically half oil. There was hair in my ramen as well. The thai tea was terrible. They didn't have a sharp straw so I had top make a hole through the plastic with a chopstick..The gyoza.. save your dollars. Service was mediocre, sadly. If you're thinking this place is the same as it was before, you'd be greatly disappointed. We couldn't finish the ramen, it was that bad. The egg was bad. The pork was bad. Made me sick. Sad as it may be, it was just simply so bad.

Food - solid 4.5 Service - today was a 1.5 Average of the two = 3 We finally made it for lunch after multiple re-schedules as our party just could not get in sync. Upon entering, there was a sign outside showing they were "now hiring." When we arrived the place was relatively full and not one employee was in sight. On the white board covering an entire wall, another "now hiring" note occupying about 5% of the board and nothing else - this white board was classroom sized - think college classroom seating for 100+. We waited and actually started having thoughts of leaving but since we had rescheduled our party so many times, we decided to wait it out. After about 10 minutes we received menus from someone who did not appear to be wait staff but more kitchen staff or management. No apologies for the wait and seeing other faces at other tables, there was definitely a blank gaze from the other patrons. We ordered drinks and lunch and after over 30 minutes our food arrived. The menu is relatively small so not sure what really took so long. I imagine all the broth for the ramen is pre-made so it would be a matter of slicing (if not pre-sliced) the ingredients to add to the bowl. Very evident that they are indeed "now hiring." I ordered some siaopao and the shoyu ramen. The siaopao, an appetizer which arrived after the ramen, was very good. It was sticky and soft as you would expect and had ample meat filling The ramen was excellent and worth the wait but just not on a weekday when I needed to get back to work. The shoyu had that savory salty taste you expect with the veggies and pork belly adding to the myriad of flavors. From other reviews, we obviously missed the sweet lady who greets you and explains everything. Maybe she only works dinner or we caught them on her day off. Our "server" literally disappeared and never came back for refills or to provide us with checks so we walked to the register and had to explain what each of us ordered. I would come back for the food with hopes their lack of service gets resolved soon.

Yum. So I see this place tends to louder stars bc of it's look, not the food. I understand where people are coming from but honestly it rejoins new of the offside of restaurants in many foreign countries and that is not a big deal to me. If anything it gave me International travel nostalgia. Lol. The food was to notch. So much I had to take it to go. And It's right next to my fave coffee place Aromas.

Visiting from San Diego, CA. Did research on Yelp, read the reviews n looked at pictures. Needless to say, this place did not disappoint!!! Actually went above and beyond. Doesn't look nice from the outside, but don't let that fooL you. Hole in the wall spots are usually the best, and this place was #BOmB. Cheapest ramen I ever had and broth was delicious, actually everything in the bowl was delicious. Coming back next weekend P.S Make sure you try the Sugar Cane drink
