They deserve a zero start. The Female employee that works there on the afternoons talks to you like she wants to hit you. Is the same female all the time. Bad customer service is maybe the reason why that business is always empty. Horrible service in other words not good service at all. If you want to be treat like you own them; then go there. I told her to cancel the order because she was Trying to talk with me with something on her mouth and was impossible to undertand and her attitude was not nice at all. No matter she feels like she is the owner good customer service is the key to keep any business open.

This was my very first time coming to Baskin robbins, and If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would. The ice cream was alright but the service was absolutely horrible! I walked in at about an hour before closing only to be greeted by a man staring straight into my soul with with a disgusted or annoyed look on his face - red flag number one! I wanted to try the ice cream though, so I went in. When I ordered my ice cream which was just two scoops, he said under his breath “why! Goddammit” and a few other things I didn’t quite catch. Like- damn! Sorry for asking you to do your job! It’s two scoops of ice cream! They had no toppings or anything out, just ice cream.after leaving, I realized every other worker in this building was sitting outside in a car huddled together smoking. After I left, they all hopped in the car leaving the building empty with everybody smoking in this one car.

Their menu has many things they do not carry. Multiple visits that they do not have the needed items to make the critter creations for kids. Always have empty flavors. On Friday evening we went and were told they did not have any cups to serve ice cream in. Then tried to order a waffle cone and were told they didn’t have those either.Ended up down the road at Dairy Queen.They should just get rid of the Baskin Robins and focus on Dunkin. The Dunkin at this location is fine.

The guy working last night has no idea whatsoever is on the menu. Says he has it but check and they don't have it (on repeat x5). It felt like playing ping pong at a debate convention. Ended up not getting anything. Left frustrated. There needs to be more staff there helping him out.

Came for a doordash and sat for about 2-3 min before I said “hello” then they told Me to hold for a second and by the time they asked me what I wanted they said they didn’t have any of the lady stuff I asked could she get substituted anything and they didn’t answer my question …. So I pull up and they said “we don’t have any of the stuff to make the lady order you might as well cancel her order and we’re about to close” lol I truly believe they were being lazy Given by them saying “we about to close anyway” … if you don’t wanna do ur job then let someone else do it I hope corporate sees this

2 stars only for the Baskin Robbins inability to make a shake. Every single milkshake from here is all milk and no shake. I get when you order a larger size and they water it down with milk, but regardless of the size ordered it will always contain just enough ice cream to be legally qualified as a shake.

The employees are lazy slobs. I went to pick up an order for Uber and rather than these bums give the customer an option to substitute any items that they MAY not have had, The photo with the lady with the headphones tells me it's been cancelled twelve times and she does not have to answer to me. I hope and pray Uber and Doordash severes their business with them because this isn't the first time I've had issues picking up orders from here. It's almost ALWAYS that they can't deliver because if you look at the photos, one is too busy outside harassing people who question her and calling the police when SHE'S the one who followed me outside. Now if I would've gave her the business I would have been justified in doing so because she had no business outside near my car whatsoever. And the one in the window is too busy on her phone making plans to get her "fix" for when she gets off of work. Do better.

If you go at night time you are forced to do drive thru and then they won’t even tell you all the ice cream flavors
